I was a dealer many years in Vegas. We had a game Deuces Wild. I dealt this game for years. Only once I dealt 4 Deuces to a player. The game disappeared. I hope this game gets to Vegas. People will love it. I would play it for sure.
The idea of 5 Wild Cards in the deck is fun, but ultimately, it's just another Carnival game which takes your money. The payouts are really bad, unless you get a natural good hand, which is extremely difficult with only being dealt 5 cards
Strategy is play a pair of 6s or better i believe. So when you see a wild your first card there is no reason to look at the rest of your hand because you know you have a pair of 8s at the minimum at that point.
This is just DJ wild without the bad beat bet. The bonus bet is terrible and a huge waste of money unless you hit something naturally which is very very rare in a 5 card stud game. The standard game has pretty good odds however. Not having a bad beat bet is what will tank this game. It is basically a stud game with wilds which makes the payouts much less. Hit a natural anything in Mississippi stud and it pays out much better.
It's an interesting game, I haven't seen it in person, but friends told me about it when he went to some strip property to play and it offers a bad-beat bonus. Need to find out more on the pay-out structure and general concept of the game before commenting more on it. So far, too many possibilities and don't forget "it's never about how good your hands are, it's all about how bad the dealers/house hands are".
They are still tweaking it here. They are going to make it any pair qualifies, but will change the blind payouts. The manager owns the copyright to this game. No big jackpots here, just a small Florida card room. It will take me awhile, but I’m going to try to charm some brainiacs to spell out the odds when it is updated. Thanks again
Not another player but a banker, which is a separate entity from the card room. Florida law allows an individual to come in and be a banker, too. Must have fifty grand and there are some other caveats.
Yes anyone. Call Oxford Downs and ask for Daryl ( not spelled that way). You need 30k on the table and 20k in the cage. You will alternate banking with the Knighted banker. The hand you are not banking you have to place a bet on the seat you are occupying. It can be a minimum bet. The visiting banker will also pay a higher rake, not sure how much. I would suggest banking on a Friday night and do three card poker. Darryl can give you the details. Let me know and I’ll come visit. Thanks for the interest.
So from what I've seen, the "bonus bets" don't hit "ALL THE TIME" as was said in the beginning of the video. I'm about halfway thru and hope it turns around for u. I like the game maybe, but looks about as profitable as ultimate hold em
Nice game, but honestly you need to make sure you show your cards we missed many hands this is the only part I didn't enjoy at all, but it was nice game to know about, thanks again
Would have made out all right if you would have bet two hands..... That's straight flush would have been yours.... Cool game though, I'm new to your channel...
Thx for the interest. The way I look at it is the house has a slight edge, why double it with two hands. Then again I see real heavy gamblers play an extra hand or two to change the rhythm. Just gambling, but this game is especially fun with a full table.
Nope. Not a dime. Got bored during lockdown and got hooked on these videos. Hated how people pissed away their chips on bonus bets. Love my local community and just want to promote it. Got about 6k into this, mostly for equipment I’m not using. Thanks for the chat.
The first question the manager asked me was “What about my dealers “? Shows a lot of character about him. Anyway, I promised I would tip. Thanks for the comment.
It is not a casino. It’s a Florida card room. They won’t allow filming players. I can do another stream of the outside Just getting started. Thanks for the interest.
The pay for the table games in casino make no sense to me. Only blackjack is logical in that it’s 49/51 odds but you also either lose 100% or win 100% per hand. For example, in 3 card poker, you have 17% chance of getting a pair. But the pay is 1 to 1. This makes no sense. In crazy 4, the odds of getting trips are 74-1 but the pay is....8-1. Strangely, the royal flush jackpot is somehow the most gamble friendly, as it has 1-20,000 odds of hitting but many casino pay close to 100,000$ for it. So you’re getting almost 5-1 odds in your favor.
Completely agree, this is all we have. 3% uth and 2% 5 card wild, if played correctly. Seminole tribe owns all the rights to BJ, roulette, etc. in Florida. Thanks for the interest.
The only thing I would say. I love the game. But remember me you are recording so people can watch you, so when you show your cards like that. It’s really hard for us to see them. I would just say show the camera or your whole cards
Because you are allowed to show only one hand at a time while streaming. They are not too strict about people looking at each other’s hands, but you are not supposed to. Will have guests in future. I also stream at slow times to make sure a dealer can be spared for one player. You can come bet a thousand a hand, I’m not.
