@@joem.s.2402 you are right. It looks like he was made in 2013 for the NFL Rush Zone programs they have for kids. So he was made by the NFL, not the Raiders, for youth outreach. I mean I guess.

The irony in that the Raiders don’t even use that mascot to promote when we win. Instead we use the mascot that looks more like the logo. Got some sickass art on Twitter everytime we win.
