(music) Me:(starts shaking head with the beat) Me: wait am I cat- Edit:THIS IS A JOKE, I only do these kind of jokes because I bet called a cat at school for being so simular too them and loving them way too much(sorry for making a joke without everyone understanding), STOP TAKING THIS OUT OF HAND I AM NOT A THERIAN(no offense therians), AND THERE IS NO REASON TO HATE THEM FOR EXPRESSING THEYRE FEELINGS, AND IF YOU HAVE AN TERRIBLE OPINION DONT REPLY IT, cuz I don't care I about the replys I only care about the therians that feel tenable about themselves
The one where the cat stands up uses a cat call that cats use to fight over territory or defend so the cat stands up to look bigger and intimidating. The 4th one was just a kitten meowing so of course the cat will come running to help the kitten
The second piece of music was recorded with a stranger trying to put his hand on a cat’s head from above and behind. This clearly put the cat in distress as that signals serious danger to it. I suspect the person doing this meant no harm but the cat’s sounds were expressions of fear, and I think these cats recognized those as that.
My cat listens to classical music and whatever lofi cover of a song I play and he really like it. He also falls asleep to my singing and likes anything mellow and sad to fall asleep to but like dramatic and happy songs to hunt/play to. So whatever I'm playing and/or singing he has a reaction to and doesn't ignore me. I think it's very individual to each cat. He is a pure bred bengal as well.
My cat was sleeping peacefully on my lap until I played this, she promptly gave me a dirty look, jumped off my lap and didn't come back! I had to call her, which is the way she always comes to me. I trained cats as well as dogs, (which were my main business, grooming and training dogs, for over 45 years retired at 63, even though I also worked as office manager for first 20 years of work experience) and I never had to use any other manipulation to get them to come other than my voice. Through true love and compassion for their human they always responded. I even got them to come and sit nicely to give them meds this way.
