So many people went out to Reedmans in Pennsylvania to get a huge selection of bargain priced cars back in the day. The cutlass supreme was such a popular car, so stylish, comfortable, they were well respected even as older used cars. Whatever year it was, people really liked it, like you had instant street cred when you pulled up in one of these.
My parents and I went once to look at a 1980 Aspen crew cab at Reedmans back in the late 80s. 😎. The color was like a creamy yellow/beige inside and out. I remember them wanting $2300 for it and my dad thought that was way too much. We walked away and by the time we got home back in NY he regretted not getting it; it was that nice.
I bought my 2005 Chrysler 300C from Reedman Toll Langhorne along with my 2011 Chevy Avalanche . It was worth it to go the trip from Long Island to Reedman.
My parents had owned a 1974 Dodge Monaco Sedan, dark green on the exterior and dark green on the interior. It also had a 400. Before that they had owned a 1976 Dodge Royal Monaco coupe. The '76 had a 360 high performance in it. I really liked both of them. I was of driving age so I got to drive them. They were two of my favorites.
