I think what's happening is since Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is abandoned, they built the pizzeria and then started taking parts down to show how the building looks after being abandoned. It would add to the atmosphere that way

They already announced a 2nd movie with trailer. It’s being taken down to avoid theft/vandalism but it will be back up during production, they could also be moving to a different location. That’s what I read on Blumhouse productions page.

I think they're just moving it to a sound studio bc people won't stop leaking and recording everything, plus. When dawko, Ryan, and razz went to visit the studio with Scott, they took pictures with the sign. That could possibly mean they're filming it in a new sound studio than outside In the open, so people can't leak it

It's not some theft, or some way to make it look older. They've finished shooting the scenes that have the Pizzeria. We weren't told FOR SURE, Scott didn't outright say "Oh yea we're done with the scenes". But it's 99% the case

The reason it looks like that is probably because there trying to make it look abandoned for the lore when William killed the 5 kids and Henry abandoned the pizzeria to remake it. (This is just a guess, hopefully it doesn't close down)

the set here is most likely only the outside, there’s nothing inside. keeping this on property is extremely expensive and would need permission from scott, so once they’re done, it’s more than likely they’re taking the whole set out

@@RXush ive seen the movie. The mock up is only the front wall of the pizzaria. The insides are all in a studio. If youre refering to when it all collapses as afton is dragged away then that shot was a different set then the one im talking about. The set im talkimg about was being taken down with equipement and you could see fresh plywood.
