Originally the puppet had a two minute timer that could be avoided by visiting and interacting with it to get THE GOD DAMN THING TO CALM THE HELL DOWN.
The Complete Collection made the game way more fun imo. I love the original versions, but most of the balance changes in the CC make you actually use your brain and see what works best and not just spam Backup bash and hope for the best. also, some things like changing the seemingly anticlimactic Vent Security System to Ennard or adding Dreadbear to the Act 3 of Fnafb 3 just makes it way more enticing. Of course, the dialogue is the best thing about this series. I quote some things such as "Give me the fucking *blank* you pieces of fucking shit" way too often. It's not the best fnaf series i have to admit, however it definitely left a mark on the fandom, even indirectly leading to one of the best fnaf fangame series in the Dayshift games. also a little fun fact for the afterstory final boss: it plays out exactly like Neo Metal Sonic's final battle from Sonic Heroes, 4 teams with 3 party members per team and ending with the titular character's team.
Since I saw your DSaF videos I wondered if you'd have the balls to cover this magnificent series and I'm so glad you did. This brings me back to binge watching Markiplier murdering his kidneys with this, which for me has a lot of sentimental value because of the time I did it, but also having reseen the videos afterwards, this is a REALLY good series. I mean sure it doesn't have the mechanical depth of flumpty's or anything, and farming party hats gets repetitive, but it is way better than 90% of fnaf fangames out there.
True... While there's some stuff I'd like the Complete Collection to have kept, like the winding music box to keep the Puppet at bay, I can see that still being more annoying than fun at times. Even still, I've been playing the game, and it's honestly a really fun time. It's challenging, but not annoying, and with the changed move sets for the sake of balancing the game, this is honestly one of the dopest RPGs I've played. And I'm not even that much into RPGs!
@@Mike14264 The music winding was just more tedious than that scary feeling of impending doom approaching you which I think was the main point of the puppet. But in CC it literally prevents you from winding the box and you're forced to prepare in 5 minutes or else you're fucked up which I think was executed better than the original but that's just my opinion

I never even thought the music box winding was meant to be scary, but boy was I on edge for those 5 minutes before the Puppet fight.
If nobody else said that FNAFb was the greatest thing that came out of the Fanverse, I would have done it myself. Also hits different knowing it was the first ever fangame to ever come out for Five Nights at Freddy's, and it's heartbreaking that it hasn't become as influential to our community as the other games did.
The complete collection feels more balanced if you ask me, I beat the original then played the remake a few days after. I literally didn’t die once with my experience from the borderline unfair original lmao
It might be more balanced but I wouldn't say the original is unfair... Okay maybe it can be unfair at times but it's usually only on the harder difficulties, particularly in 2 and 3, I just avoid the harder difficulties in those 2. You can get past almost any boss in the series with the right strat. The biggest exception is the Past Puppet from the 3rd game, that one is unfair. However the 3rd game also has the best fight in the series, the Phantom Refurbs. This fight is a masterpiece and it will kick your ass if you're not prepared but it is completely fair. Sorry I went on a tangent, I just love that fight.
Honestly, I have been waiting for someone to make a video on fnafb, but it seems like every fnaf youtuber is too afraid of the yellow dollar sign But finally, someone had the balls to make a video on the most non monetizable friendly fnaf fangame ever, and I'm quite proud of that, this game deserves A LOT of recognition The game is very balanced, the plot is absurd but entertaining and the humor is stupid but it works, yet nobody ever talked abt this gem, I 100% with the title of this video, this is the most underrated fnaf fangame and not something like tyke and sons I think you did the game justice, and I hope more people hop on this thanks to this video
Oh, this game... it gives me the memories of seeing Markiplier playing it. And hey, all those years later, and I'm actually playing it! I can't wait to get to the Afterstory... of all the games, this one has to have the sickest campaign, at least to me. It's epic moment after epic moment, and it just looks hella dope. Also, it's funny how all the three nights for the first game are actually canon, since there's some time travelling malarkey, and these three act as separate timelines. It's a mindfuck, but I love stuff like that.
i honestly wouldn't even say the humor is dated the internet has sort of looped back around itself to enjoy mlg unironically (in other words our humor is complete shit and only a few steps away from collapsing in on itself)
This might be a hot take, but Dormitabis minus its developer and parts of its lore, is one of my favourite fangames as it serves as an alternate finale to fnaf which is and idea I like a lot because as of recent the fnaf series has had a lot of problems in regards to closure.
Actually the best weapons in the games are the dildos, they have like a shitton of attack or defense stat bonuses, they’re a super low percent drop chance AND im one you can encounter golden freddy

The one on the right looks like it's Launch Octopus, which is from the Megaman X so it's got ties to Vile from that at least. someone made a fnafb fan games called FNAFB golden edition which takes place at golden freddy's flashbacks in FNAFB 3 and also FNAFB golden edition halloween edition (which is basically FNAFB 4, also taking place after FNAFB 3) and he also made FNAFB Sister Location (which is so good that i consider it the canon one)
I have some fond memories playing the original releases of the first two games on my laptop, they had some pretty wacky and downright fun secrets honestly.
After watching the whole video, I want to say I wish there was more to it. I don't want to call it bad because it doesn't portray the game in an unfair light, but I can't call it good either because it doesn't... portray the game as anything at all, really. It's kind of a mid essay. It's just 27 minutes of vaguely defining the contents of the game without actually saying anything meaningful about it aside from occasionally saying the humor is "dated" (which is fine to think, but I do wish it was clarified that it meant "dated" more in the sense of old memes than something on the side of offensive jokes, which some people might get the impression). There's nothing you really say about the feel, the game art(between the beautiful renders and all that), or the gameplay aside from "it is an rpg, you strategize" or calling bosses "crazy" without really elaborating or going into proper detail about anything aside from occasionally calling bosses annoying(which would be fine, but at least explain why in a meaningful way that goes beyond just listing out an HP count). By the time the video was ending, I was genuinely confused at it being called a "review" because the rest of the video didn't feel like one at all. The only thing that I'd say was a serious negative about the video was advising people not to play the hard mode of the third game because... it's hard? I couldn't garner any meaning from that spiel aside from the fact that it was hard and you shouldn't play it unless you have nothing better to do. Not that it was hard in an unfun or bad way, just that it was hard. As for having nothing better to do... why do you think people play hardmodes, or videogames in general? Video could've been cool but it just felt like a nothing burger that doesn't actually say anything about the game it's reviewing.

You only did that to belittle their point when they just wanted to help. Maybe they wanted to see better content on your channel, since they thought it was well formatted but the topic wasn't there. The main issue is that the video didn't feel like a review, instead of complaining you could take the opportunity to change the title and therefore the subject of the video slightly. I personally haven't started the video yet since I look through and see what people have to say about the vid. So I can't give an accurate title for you to use. However if I had to guess based on the comment it's more about the lore behind the game, at that point you can call it, "FNAFB the Lore You Never Knew" or, "The Lore of FNAFB" However I can tell from your attitude, and the original commenters well written comment, that this video isn't worth my time. What is worth my time is trying helping someone feel some recognition for their positive actions. Hopefully this does help them feel that in some way. My advice is to grow up and learn how to take criticism as a RU-vidr, if you can't you won't make it long. Being on for so long I've seen enough people on here not respect their subs and quickly be thrown into obscurity, don't be one of them, take advice and learn from the mistakes ya make. You made a mistake with the title and people got confused, it's honestly an easier fix than ya might have though since you may be over complicating things. It's hard not to do that when upset and that happens when you get criticism, but you gotta know if it's coming from a place of positivity or negativity. This person and I are taking time out of our lives to try to help you better yourself. Not to be rude, or because I want to hurt someone's feelings, just wanting to give a third opinion to meditate things.

Very cool video about FNaFb, not seen a lot unless they are a FNaFb cracked channel. You should take a look at the Five Nights at Warios series, mostly being a very cool experience in general with a lot of unique mechanics and stuff (mostly from the 3rd entry).
Funny story, the first time I played fnafb 3, I beat scraptrap and then proceeded to accidently sprint out the nearby door outside causing springtrap to get hit by a car and game over. I had to beat both ennard and scraptrap all over again :/

But I'm pretty sure that FNAFB is not the first fangame? I think the first one was some sort of point'n'click shooter with FNAF characters although I don't remember the name. Not take away anything from FNAFB's contribution in early years but still.
you have two sides of fnaf shitpost games. You have the truly great story driven fnaf fangames with some memes but an interesting story (DSAF) and then you have this which is just a pure shitpost with 99% memes.
God this was a major blast the past I remember Markiplier doing one of his drunk series throughout the whole entire thing. And my God were those the times back when his liver didn't almost shot out on him every single time he took a shot and would get quite spicy with a lot of his profanity towards the game. Back when I was still a huge markiplier fan and pretty much thought that he was a God and couldn't make any bad videos my God was I wrong don't get me wrong Markiplier is still a great guy wish no ill harm towards him and I wish he can continue on with his RU-vid career so don't take this as me attacking Markiplier.

There are strangely a lot of Kingdom Hearts series references in these games; and I have no idea why. Some of the music is ripped straight from the games. "Proud Mode" and "Critical Mode" being the name for hard mode and very hard mode are identical to the named difficulties in the Kingdom Hearts series. Although, in the Kingdom Hearts series, Critical Mode has you deal more damage and take more damage, certain abilities being unlocked immediately from the start versus later via leveling up, and your HP is a fraction of what it would be in any other difficulty. Also, I am not sure if this is true. However, the enemies become very aggressive towards Sora. Although, this may be due to Donald and Goofy being knocked out most of the time. So, you tend to be on your own if you don't deliberately grind or get them equipment and items that allow them to survive longer.

Yes those are some of the changes between the original and the Complete Collection, which was a remaster / rebalance of all of the original games. Markiplier played the originals, this guy played the complete collection.
I'll be honest, I don't like the remake, at least not FNAFB3. The way they remade the combat just makes it tedious: Bonnie is now borderline useless and been reduced to a buffer because backup bash was reworked to now only deal a bit of damage and reduce atk, whereas before it would have a low chance to hit but would deal anywhere between 5k and 55k damage without crit. Everyone's damage was severely nerfed and so was the enemy health to match, the fights now feel super boring. I wrote a comment on the release trailer for the remake and I kinda went more in-depth there, so if you wanna check it out go ahead because I'm too smooth-brained to write it all again.
