No matter how many times I watch this intro, I simply can't get over it. The music, the 8-bit cutscene, everything about it is perfect. Seeing this for the first time in the movie theater, when an 8-bit cutscene was the last thing I was expecting to see in the FNaF movie, was absolutely MAGICAL.
This intro is a love letter to the hardcore FNAF fans. They didn’t forget about the 8-bit cutscene reference, they didn’t forget about Spring-Bonnie abducting the children.
Seeing this in the theatre felt so epic, like it went through my mind that I'm literally watching a movie about fnaf, fnaf is finally on the big screen!
@@thunderstudios4403 I felt like the movie completely disrespected the lore of the games. On top of that, the movie removed all scare factor away from the anamatronics, which also included the original vibe of lifeless but still somepart alive anamatronics. It was mainly just a fan service filled movie with the occasional cool scene imo
This introduction is one of the best I've seen in horror films, especially coming from a video game! The 8-bit pixel option in addition to this which shows the children who have disappeared because of their trust in Springtrap who seems to be harmless, this adds amazement and chill to the spine for the viewers, bravo to Scott Cawthon and to the team for knowing what the fans wanted!
Fr! Just imagine what they could do with the opening credits for the sequel: Recap of the events of the 1st movie, New Location with the Toy Animatronics during grand opening, A zoom up on The Puppet's eyes which have white glowing pupils in them to signify that it is possessed by Garrett, and then cue Title Card "Five Nights At Freddy's 2: Grand Reopening"
Finally someone posted the intro! I wanted to show this to my mother since she didn't want to go with me but asked me what I thought of the movie and knows I'm a huge fan of FNaF.
@@jessie_daily bro are you this stubborn. The directors confirmed it, and why would it be called foxys fatality. That’s the music for when the guy in the beginning gets killed by foxy. While this is called five nights at Freddy’s
I honestly believe this is the best way they could have shown the MCI. Showing the actual murders would make it less scary. The reason i find the MCI scary is because we actually don't know what went on in the backroom that day. If they had animated the actual deaths it would have been as scary either because of the exact same reason as above.
It's so good, it explains perfectly what the matter is with all the pizzeria stuff and without even spoiling anything to you, this intro is even better when you know the lore of FNAF.
0:49 Has anyone noticed that the Spring Bonnie's facial expression changes from happy to mad after we first see him at the beginning putting on the Spring Bonnie suit?
I can’t believe I didn’t notice this when watching, but Elizabeth Lail (Vanessa) and Matthew Lillard’s (William) names flash purple rather than red when they appear
When I saw the intro in the cinema I got so exited. I just love it so much and brought back so many memories of all the old 8-bit games and the music was perfect
This is an amazing opening and its the perfect mix of creepy, boping, unerving..whoch it should be. Plus seeing all the children being taken away... adds to the fact you know they are going to die..
What started to be a dude making a game for fun to be so popular to toys books movies and people making vhs and more games to be everywhere Scott cawthon really did it all he made a franchise that came from nobody knowing the game then getting more popular then to books then toys etc I can’t wait for what happens next in move 2 and 3 maybe 4 or more to come thank you Scott for everything you did for our Fnaf community we wish a happy life you will always be in our hearts❤
Idk when I first Mae to the theater to watch this I was expecting an average movie something that felt like it was delayed and handed over to other studios constantly… Then this intro came. It not only had a kickass beat but with the 8-bit style from the classic games. It really brightened my mood cause it just told me I was either in for a great movie or at least constant references made by a director who also loved the games. In a way I got both.
Scott Cawthon did a good job screenwriting this,he should be proud of himself that his most popular game became a movie based on The Silver Eyes book,it’s a shame that he is retired because of the hate he has been receiving,to all you FnaF movie haters/critics:don’t you dare hate Scott Cawthon for his games, books and this movie,he put a lot of hard work into it just for us FnaF fans to enjoy,if you don’t like it then don’t comment on how you feel about it,keep your damn opinions to yourself,Scott deserves some respect, recognition and love,he doesn’t deserve the hate, heck he even put his hard work into the games themselves for us to play and theorizing before retiring so he can spend time with his family. Me and my sister actually manage to watch this movie in our Oviedo Mall where it was shown and we LOVED IT,we even theorize on the letters it was saying at the end credits which was “Come Find Me”,we didn’t even expect The Living Tombstone’s FnaF song to be playing in the end credits
Watched the movie today at the cinema with my friend. I'm so happy right now, the animatronics look so good and the acting is awesome! I still can't believe I got to watch it. 😭 And I'm glad they even decided to make the literal INTRO fire af.
I remember how much I went into hype mode when I saw this in the theater it was awesome. It brought me memories back to when I first discovered the fnaf serie back in 2014 from the first game. I even remembered myself saying when I saw the Spring Bonnie suit saying. "Oh there you F#CKING are William..." it was fun
In the year 1983, 5 Kids were lured by a Purple Man in a Yellow Rabbit suit into a room of Surprise. Without realizing they were lured into their own demise. All of them were brought by Yellow Rabbit into a Bloody Journey as he hid their corpses inside his own Creation, the Animatronics. And so, the five Childrens was declared missing. However, without anyone realize, this would become the beginning of a Nightmare that would haunt this restaurant forever.
The intro music is just so good.. AND WHEN IT WAS JUST THE INTRO ONLY.. I LITERALLY WAS TELLING ABOUT HOW THE KIDS DIED AND STUFF LIKE THAT BECAUSE YES-...
Same except I just had a huge smile on my face for nearly the whole entire movie(Same situation when I went to see Detective Pikachu, Sonic 1-2, MK2021, and Super Mario Bros).
The intro was perfect, only thing I'd obviously do is make a flashback scene irl to his victims being taken but this was a great alternative obviously with the need for pg13, very creative. Also would've had markiplier instead get got in the beginning 😂😂I could already imagine his scream has the torture head got closer and closer
Markiplier was actually supposed to play the night guard in the beginning scene, but he wasn’t able to make it due to scheduling problems, as he’s working on the Iron Lung movie.
Love the added detail of actin acting like something happened when he’s about to kill the girl whos chica cause if I’m correct she’s the same girl who “lost” her dog in the 6th game
Hopefully with the sequel they'll give us more action with the animatronics, considering the Toy Animatronics are tampered programming so I can imagine them being extremely murdereous compared to the Classic/Withered Animatronics(Who are kinda chill in the Movie Universe).
