yeah this game seems weirdly antagonistic about letting you know certain things that you need to do. see: returning the blaster at the end of the laser tag, other inane things. it overexplains so many things and then underexplains the things that actually matter

​@@JamSparingwell it does imply you should get into one of the designated hiding places, such as Freddy. however so far in the game, for Freddy, you've either been simply sitting inside him to hide from other animatronics and staff bots, or hiding in him within the recharge stations from moon. at no point so far has "hide" meant more than that sitting and waiting, or walking away.

this was literally my first though when I saw the Sign. My theory is that this is the pizza place from FNAF:PS since the layout and stage don't really mimic anything else but that. And since the place wasn't made out of wood or anything really too burnable, that's why it's still mostly intact and/or got cleaned up refurbished by the Glamrock creator crew. I wonder if Springtrap is really Rockstar Bonnie or what, because the endoskeleton under Springtrap in this looks more like a Glamrock Animatronic than actual Sptringtrap. (This being FNAF:PS location also would make sense as to why Springtrap is here)

But my question is, why is the big old thing that killed him have a funtime freddy mask??? Is it a amalgamation of all the animatronics, like, ALL OF THEM??? Except for springy boi there, it might be. Thats f-ed up. But that brings the question of are all the dead souls william has killed in that thing too? So many questions, so little answers.

What's supposed to be done is you're supposed to get in Freddy and use the Chica voice for Roxy, the only glitch here was the fact that animatronics couldn't get to him. Also I think the goal was to survive and burn Afton a certain amount of times, which is why when mark burnt that last time before the end a fiery explosion happened before he got taken away by the monstrous funtime freddy

I don’t blame High King of FNAF Mark I mean after you choose the stay option the game puts you in a suicide duo mission to see how long can you go without dying so I would honestly died inside being killed by Chica spawning on top of me after I got what I wanted so it’s fair to save/autosave. Let’s also mention it’s the games fault because bugs and it feels like alpha release but everything isn’t ironed out and also marking it on the map just do it the CoD or any modern video game to where it shows and points to your where objective is and where you need to go because people are going to be wandering all over the place (which is kind of the point for investigating).

Well, unfortunately for Mark. During this time Roxy's shattered form was bugged and was attracted to the player as soon as they crouch. She was also bugged in the Afton fight since as soon as she enters the room, Freddy immediately runs out of power. At the time, you had to time getting into Freddy to use the screech before his battery auto dies. Now, Roxy's bugs have been touched on, so hopefully I'll have a better time in the fight.

@@Jake-cl4yf It's not. Shes not supposed to find you right away when crouched as you don't make enough noise. Moving around normally while near her in her Shattered state, however, is supposed to lead her to you. They've lucky since fixed most of the bugs. Though not sure if they fixed her encounter in the Afton boss fight since it's a massive pain to even get to it.

To be fair there also isnt any reason to think that rule would still apply given it's a special ending and your supposed to use freddy to get rid of Roxy but it was vary clearly and obviously glitching on him

*Possible spoilers* There’s another comment that says if you escape through the fire escape (after lighting a fire) you find Freddy and Vanny on the roof. They push each other off or Freddy pushes them both off, and Vanny’s mask falls away to reveal someone identical to Vanessa, but it then pans up to show the real Vanessa standing sadly on the roof. I think that Vanny and Vanessa are supposed to be twins, not the same person. I’m not sure how accurate their comment was or this theory is but… it’s a theory 🤷‍♀️

I completely forgot about the voice box. Just like Mark I was so focused on Freddy's "hide" that I was wondering the whole time why hiding didn’t work. Never would’ve thought of that damned thing actually being useful for once

I'm not even sure if that's what you're "supposed" to do because the whole Roxy Part is extremely buggy. For some reason Freddy's battery drains if you're inside him while Roxy enters the room, which I can only assume isn't supposed to happen.

I kinda feel a big problem this game has is consistently not giving the player enough information, or, giving the player somewhat irrelevant/misleading information. Like, the actual game play would be substantially more captivating if the players had even an inkling of what they were doing, and weren't running around in the dark for so long, just to stumble their way into the gameplay. Even with Freddy's line about Gregory needing to hide from Roxy, if, at the beginning of the final night, Freddy had made some comment like, "with all of the enhancements you've given me, I'm sure we can stay safe!" it would've at least given the player the opportunity to think, oh yeah, what are all of the enhancements that we've given Freddy? But instead we all got... that... mess. Doesn't help the actual bugs and glitches made it so much worse. If it was one or the other, that'd be one thing, but woof. That. Was a mess. (Which I say, as somebody who liked the game. But also. 0_0 )

Its not glitching that much, roxy is supposed to be scared away by freddy's scream but mark forgot about it's existance so roxy never left and molten freddy didn't even appear before the cutscene.

@@dantedash There was a funny one you could do where you could keep repeating one of the security rooms and level your pass. You could actually get a level 10 pass this way, but of course all of doors are placeholders or just there for show (nothing to see).

I agree, when Chica just teleported on him during the live and he lost all that progress due to a shitty bug, I was pissed- I can’t imagine how he felt losing TWO HOURS of gameplay because of something so stupid. This game really needs to be fixed

I understand with a game where the protagonist is constantly being followed by multiple AI it can get jumbled, but there’s no reason there shouldn’t have been more thorough testing. These glitches are game breaking and can occur at any stage of the play through. Right now this game is not worth $40 as pretty as it looks. It just isn’t polished

Yeah, it's odd that the game does tell you to hide and never even hints at what you're actually supposed to do. It tells you explicitly to hide every time and never mentions the chica screech. Mark just did what the game tells him to.

@@thebigyes8482 Exactly! They managed to teach the player how the endo mechanics worked without having Freddy explain it so they should have done the same thing with each upgrade. So many mechanics that are underutilised in this game, kinda shows how how rushed this game was.

Chica stays completely still for a few seconds after teleporting, so, while I do agree that Chica being able to teleport behind you is stupid, it's not completely unfair. The only way to die to it is if you back into her, which, to be fair, is what most people do when it happens. I don't think it's a very good mechanic
