He isn't his own animatronic. Ballora was scooped and became a pile of wires which then picked up more wires and parts becoming an endoskeleton thing. She took the Clown Mask off the wall in Night 5 and became Ennard. Ennard however is possessed by the Purple Mans daughter who Baby killed.

That's the problem. Funtime Foxy *is* Mangle, just taken apart and rebuilt by children into a horrible abomination that is a crime against nature. Exe B everybody thinks that by the dialogue, but if you compare ennard's teaser and the game's model, you'll notice that the animatronic that jumpscarss you is ennars, both have one eye out of it's socket, the design of the teeth is the same. But if we compare it with ballora's jumpscare, you'll notice that the teeth design it's totally different, even the eye design

This to anybody who’s wondering why it’s called Sister Location because it’s still not referring to Michael (Mike) Afton finding his and freeing his sister that’s the daughter of William Afton it’s still referring to a company owned by a parental company Edit: for a example like the Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza locations were owned by Fazbear Entertainment
