3 days later after the events of FNaZB:R4, Jacob is now the only person in the mansion. But... he is not alone though, the Virus Monsters are now became faceless, and gone insane. The front door is locked by Virus Golden Creeper, preventing Jacob to escape. Jacob will find a way to escape somehow... or he will cost his life?
