Hey Chuck it's I just want to say thank you so much for this video. Even though be their homes isn't the most luxurious builder I still love your video. If you see my comment, please reply to it asap. Thank you. Luis
Another very informative video sir! My question is the current midium price for a home now here in Vegas, and how much monthly income do you have to make to qualify. Thanks!
Tri pointe, Toll brothers, and Pinnacle homes for me. Also, any other semi custom home builders are the way to go or if you have the money to burn go fully custom but get ready to pay and big time. I don't know too much about Beazer Homes. I'll have to research them, but knowing how picky I am and my tastes in homes... well, I'm not holding out hope for them, LOL!!! 😋😋😋
This guy is a used car salesman. Oh wait. I just saw he’s a real estate agent. This guy is UNETHICAL at best. Omg I’m sorry for anyone falling for this. This market is super overvalued and with certainty you’ll be underwater within a year buying at these prices. Tell ya what. Ask the builder to discount the sales price by the 26k. Instead of fake out over closing g costs. He’ll tell you to pound sand
Underwater within a year lol. Even after 2008 prices/values bounced back. People are looking to Vegas for value, even I am and I’m in the Washington DC area, which is way more expensive than Vegas. I don’t know Chakits from a can of paint but definitely have been following the YT for years and I haven’t seen him do anything unethical.
@@NoHarmDunn go for it. Then let me know how you’re regretting buying into this greedy market. This market isn’t a bubble. It’s a balloon ready to burst. Locals are priced out of this market. But again. Go for it and let me know. lol. Bring your scuba gear cuz you’ll be underwater
@@jli8353 that’s why it’s called the market, people that can’t afford or won’t, don’t buy. And if enough can’t/won’t the market cools off and prices come down assuming there is enough supply which everybody knows there’s never enough supply to meet demand. And when you talk about locals people come from Alexandria,VA or NYC and price locals out in my area too it’s just the way it is. Unless the county provides local tax incentives for existing residents or some type of other grant program it’s going to just continue but it won’t be underwater.
