180g (1 cup) brown sugar
150g unsalted butter
2 tbsp coffee
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
Cocoa sugar or icing sugar for dusting
VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKES
390g all purpose flour
200g sugar (check for bone char free brands)
75g cocoa powder
8g baking soda
8g salt
430g warm water
10g vanilla
170g grapeseed oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE SYRUP
1/5 tbsp cocoa powder
125ml hot water
90g sugar (check for bone char free vegan brands)
VEGAN CHOCOLATE GANACHE
250g dark chocolate
250g coconut cream
CHOCOLATE SELF SAUCING PUDDING
150g self raising flour
240g brown sugar
40g cocoa powder
125ml milk
45g butter
500ml boiling water
