I loved your closing today! People criticize me because of my love for handbags and my fashion but I have fun getting dressed and as a former girl from poverty, I feel blessed to have style options now in my adulthood!
You look absolutely brilliant in colour. With so many fashion RU-vidrs going 100% neutral all the time, it’s so nice to see someone incorporating colour in a way that is so flattering, timeless and “expensive looking”
Ain't she cold, and on top of that she is all natural. No plastic surgery. I like her style so hit I thought I was looking at a magazine, but I wasn't. I was looking at politics and fashions all natural. No doubt one of a kind.
I have another tip for decluttering; if you can't sell it, the next best option before donating if you have the time is to find someone to give it away to. I moved country recently so I got rid of sooooo much stuff and most of it I posted on some local "buy nothing" or "give where you live" facebook groups. Then people from my area commented if they wanted it and we arranged for them to come pick it up :) Most people were reliable although you do get some no shows which is always frustrating. But it's so satisfying to actually find a person who lives locally and wants your thing enough to come pick it up from your house. I gave away so much clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories, kitchen items, decorations, exercise equipment, home items, even pantry items haha, some people aren't fussy about opened spices!
Times are hard. I'm going in my closet to shop. I have a red Don Johnson jacket from early to 2000, it's red, this fall is screaming red. I'm going to recycle them clothes. I have a couple washed out pieces, I'll be heading to Walmart to get some clothes dye, to change the colors. I'm not wasting anything.
Honey you need to tell that to my friend. She just moved into a four bedroom townhouse every and I mean every closet is full to the brim. One closet is for work clothes, second closet for weekend wear, third closet for every day clothes and the fourth closet is for dressy clothes. And every closet is full of shoes. We laughed because I told her no one need all of this. Oh, don’t forget about the purses and a lot, lot more it was overwhelming for me.
Loved this!! I started this process late one night last week. The hardest part, imo, is the declutter. However once you get real with yourself, everything else is easy. Thanks for sharing 💕
Hi hun!! I’m new to your channel and I just want to say I have been watching all the videos I can, you bring such a good vibe to your videos, positive energy emulates through the screen and I absolutely love it!! So happy I found your channel🤍
I absolutely love your channel. I literally just watched about 5 videos at 3:30 am. I'm so inspired and motivated by your sense of fashion and amazing tips. Thanks, from one Florida girl to the next 🥰💜✨🔥
I’m new here and I love it. I’m just about to return to the world of fashion after wearing scrubs all day for the last 2 years. Looking to pick up some tips to rebuild a wardrobe.
This is the first time on the Chanel ,loved the dress you wearing and I really enjoyed your tips on building capsules superb .you got a new subscriber 😀
I enjoy these videos so much. I struggle with body dysmorphia so I frequently guess wrong at what is good for my frame so putting together a capsule is challenging.
I was recommended your video and I am so glad I watched. Very helpful information. I have been interested in a capsule wardrobe for a while. I didn't know where to begin. Thanks so much and you are beautiful!! New sub!
I just found you today, and after I finally stopped laughing, I hit subscribe on “some of ya’ll have apple bottom jeans, with boots with the fur, in your closet for the 99 and the 2000” Hilarious! 🤣🤣
I am a new subscriber. I must say I love your videos. Your style is fire with so much class. I love the advice you give on decluttering. I turned 50 last year, and I feel like my wardrobe needs revamping. Your videos have made it less stressful for me to declutter my closet. 👏🏽👏🏽
The list is what helps me most! I have a great wardrobe but sometimes I want new things! The list keeps me focussed and sometimes there are things on the list that I end up crossing out!!!! Trying ti be smarter about my purchases!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I have Nothing in my closet that I can't wear( clothes or shoes) And I donate often during the yr and also when seasons change. Thifting makes the letting go easier also. Sustainability ✌🏾💕 This was Awesome!!!I Totally Agree, my Fashion is my Art too!
New subscriber and loving it! It’s so nice to find a channel and stylist with substance and who understands curation at every turn. Keep making magic. ✨✨✨
So excited for this Tashira! Have you browsed Fendi lately? I went to the boutique in Dallas yesterday and saw so many pieces that reminded me of you, their Fall/Winter 21/22 collection is breathtaking.
The shopping list!!! Best idea ever ❤ . Thank you!!! I want to get into some higher end pieces and by that I mean over $50 lol. But this helps me to keep visiting the item instead of getting it impulsively which is not the best idea as I may not like it again in a few weeks. This dress is going on that list for sure.
Hello! I'm new to your channel and I just love your videos! I really enjoyed this video I like this type of content. I'm really trying to shop less and I want learn how to shop my own closet and learn how to put together outfits with what I have. ❤ I look forward to more of this content. Thanks❤
Thanks for sharing your tips... The declutter for myself won't be too hard... I live in the south and will be moving to Hawaii and everything will go - at least everything that is fall/winter related... Back in the day was a show called "What Not to Wear" and I loved that show - and so many of your tips remind me of that show... They would basically help you - declutter - your wardrobe and help you buy pieces that were classic/modern and easy to build upon as well as mix and match...
I watched both the American version and the original British version of the show. In fact, Trinny Wooddall (from the British version) has a RU-vid channel called Trinny. She still gives great fashion advice.
Can you link the item from Cloth & Paper. I'm working on sorting my wardrobe and making progress.Impulse shopping sale sections is my biggest hurdle. it feels like a 12-step program but I am determined to conquer it. I was so inspired by your one item video
Adding color via shoes or outerwear is such a great tip. I love color but I find it’s harder for me to pull an outfit together when my wardrobe is so colorful and all over the place. Thanks!
Before I keep on watching - I'm stopping at OOTD : this dress looks gorgeous on you!!! I love that in each video you demonstrate that you can be sexy, have style and wits, without having to put all the goods on display... :)
