Sir LPG reforms come in 1991 so how is it possible that it comes under 8 five year plan… i guess it comes the last break between the 1990 -1992 ( annual plans)

Sir there's a bit confusion between 4th and 5th five year plan , "garibi hatao "slogan was given by Indira gandhi during 1971 election which comes under 4th five year plan and the main aim of 5th five year plan was eradication of poverty which means "garibi hatao" .. Can you please clarify this
