If you have floating floors, you can always close the gaps. However if the floor is glued then you can't.

@@JJCentral-DIY thanks for the reply Sir , i just recently installed mine and noticed few gaps , less than 1mm gap tho

@@pedroduarte4808 new floors do expand/contract in the first month of it wasn't accommodated to the rooms humidity and temperature before installing. Again same process, remove the moulding at the wall and try beating from the edge.
