Fix Dell OptiPlex Not Turning On: Blinking Amber LED Diagnostic Guide (HINDI)

The Dell OptiPlex 5040 came to use with Not Turning On situation but the Power LED was still in blinking state showing some kind of indicator. The CPU was not turning on but we can see the Power LED in Blinking Amber mode.

We used one of the method according to blinking state of our PC and the problem was resolved.
We disconnected the Power Cord and drained the flea Power by holding the Power Button for a few seconds to clear "EC internal Failure
Generic catch-all for ungrateful EC code flow errors".
This method worked great and the PC was back to its original Power On state.
