Re-uploaded to point out the most important part of the video, you have to use Discord Fixer to launch Discord in order to disable the "GetRawInputData" thread that Discord calls for, who knows why Discord is calling for that and who cares why it shouldn't as a voice & messaging app does not need raw input data, only your games do.

Just realized I forgot to mention this stops Discord from reading your keybinds which makes sense as you are removing the ability for Discord to call for any mouse and keyboard inputs.

Delete the extra folders of "app~1.0.xxxx", just keep the latest one, in the folder: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Discord

I'm using it and the github code is right in front of your face, do not optimize your PC if you're paranoid every file you run is a virus most programs that alter files or Windows permissions are flagged.
