oh no D; sorry you are still having issues. Ima look into this for you. Just to make sure, are you on windows 10 (if not which one) and are you trying to play a game with steam / epic games or just EA app. Lmk!

@@tokyohomicide hi paulina sry it has taken me a moment to get back to you. I've looked into some troubleshooting articles and may have a possible solution for you. Before anything make sure you followed the uninstall process and also the deleting of any EA / Origin folders on the video. Once you've done that. Go to your "Program Files" in you C drive (must be the drive your windows 10 is on). Create a new folder there and call it "Electronic Arts" . Next move the EAappInstaller to the new Electronic Arts folder, which is the installer file found on www.ea.com/ea-app . After you have done that, right click the EAappInstaller and run as Administrator. Hopefully that works for you. If you run into an issue where you can't launch the EA app from the shortcut on your desktop, you can; create shortcut of EALauncher found in Electronic Arts > EA Desktop to put on your desktop and run as administrator. Haven't played sims in month. Felt like playing during a study break...wanted to update the game and play during a study break. Now it's 2 days and I'm trying to find a solution for why I can't even download the instalation app. Fuck right off man. I guess I needed a reason not to ever play sims again and this is it lol

Guys i found a fix for that sh*t...I wasnt able to install the ea app, it said that i didnt have a proper internet connection for sum reason. I switched to a diffrent user on my pc and installed the ea app there without problems. Then i switched to my normal user profile and see there...i was able to run the ea app. I hope i can help some of u guys.
I was downloading fifa 23 and my game got paused at 13 percent and I deleted and reinstalled but still it’s on 13 percent even though there are no files of the game idk what am I supposed to do

@@techommie I can't open fifa23 both steam and EA app on windows 11. While I try to open it again it says the EA anti cheat is already running and in the task manager the file seems to be running. the issue is it sometimes open and sometime not. I have tried many solutions like reinstalling anti cheat, reinstalling the apps and game, restarting pc, etc.. But nothing seems to work.

hey man can you help me? My EA games are crashing after i start the game, Battlefield 5 and Garden Warfare 2. My other games on steam and battlenet are running smoothly but my EA games keep crashing. Do you have any solution? (btw i use windows 11)
Does it give you an error message at all when they crash or they just close? Be sure to install the visuals from the link in description (they work for windows 11). Another thing I would recommend is installing the games from the EA launcher. If you bought the games on steam and your EA account is linked with steam; you will be able to install the games from EA launcher. LMK if this helps. Man i've tried everything.. thing is i've tried installing battlefield 1 on EA and battlefield 4 and they want to download just fine. Just simply 2042 stays stuck on "Preparing" I've went on the EA Faq and nobody from EA responds to anything to do with my problem on there. I've done so much for the last 6 hours or so and its still stuck.
Thanks for the video. It actually worked for me and I am thrilled it did. I almost wrote an explicit email to EA over the use of the app and why my PC was having issues with opening it.
I’ve tried the same concept but on steam, i deleted the ea app and all data and install it again and connect it to stream account and it works but the next day got the same issue and no longer works with the steam, I tried to follow ur steps but i don’t have xbox pass so i don have the “see in ea app” so it’s didn’t really work for me but thank you anyway

I did all this fixes , and like 5 other from another video, my issue is: I can see the login ui after clicking on the shortcut , but after i log in nothing happens.. like just nothing.. only a thing that happens is it leaves a footprint in my task manager called EA Background Service, other than that.. emptyness. No Launcher UI. A Strange thing : on the first time that i switched Origin To EAapp it could open ONCE without the fixes, after that... Nada
So sorry you have trouble downloading! Try this and LMK if it works for you. Keep in mind you will have to relog into the EA app. Open your Start Menu and search for "App Recovery". It should have the same icon as EA Desktop. Open it and select clear cache. Relog and try to redownload.
I would certainly be down for a Discord talk with you to allow me to get Mass Effect Legendary Edition running again. After I just recently installed the EA App, the game refused to launch after numerous attempts to fix the issue. After uninstalling both the EA App and the game, I now get a download error each and every time I try to reinstall the game.
All these methods are waste of time, problem isn't in our system, it occurs directly from EA, so randomly we are able or unable to log in due to errors. There is only one solution, replace EA app with origin to avoid errors.
