@@Jdjrjxi for me when I signed into Minecraft I didn't enter a password I entered a code that was sent to my email. The only thing that worked for me is literally just making a password and signing it via password and not code. Now I'm able to sign in and play online. I hope this helps, Minecraft support is useless

Do you still need help??? Are you on PlayStation?? I had this code for so long and nothing worked. But I finally found a solution for me. Idk if you sign in with a code but if you do then don't use a code! Click try another way to sign in and sign in with your password( if you dont have one then sign into the Microsoft website and create one. And it let me sign in after months of drowned error code

It wont work for you if it's a different error code. And to access those files you can type %appdata% into your file explorer

Search for "Run" in the windows search as shown below, or press the Windows + R button to open the Run App.In the run app text box, enter "%AppData%" and click OK. Windows will directly open up the Roaming folder which is inside the AppData folder.
