If you have a LIPO battery that does not want to charge anymore it's because the voltage is to low. So in this video i will show you a fix for that. And i will tell you how you can spot a bad lipo battery.
I used a 2amp 12 volt car battery charger for 30 seconds to boost my dead batteries yes I left them plugged in to my Udr for week 3s 11.1v 500mah 30 seconds on car charger Then right onto the traxxas charger worked perfectly!!! Don’t try to over charge on the car charger as the plug was getting hot after 20 seconds
I had the same problem with my battery did you want you did an now it's on the charger an charging.thank you so much keep the video coming . need people like you very happy 😁
Thank for your video. I didn’t have a extra charger so I hook up a couple wires to my car battery run my car for a while and it did the trick. It does work very easy to do.
I too left my truck plugged in Resulting in two completely dead 5000mah batteries 0 volts A 2amp 12 volt charger for 30 seconds did the trick( plug was getting warm) Then onto my he traxxas charger Ta da. Charging normally again
Made my own crocadile clip to aligator clip and put it on a jumper it charged all cells up and got it to charge on my charger works perfectly now (edited cause i named them wrong my bad)
It’s traxxas batteries that an issue. I bought a different brand battery and I’ve gone up to 7 months with out using it and works perfectly fine. Been having for about 4 years now. For some reason it was discontinued so I can’t recommend it to my friends and family.
@@HappyDude1 I blew up the battery, guess I charged it too much? I kept trying it after 30 min but the Traxxas charger would not recognize. so I kept giving it 30 min charging off of another charger as a Nimh. Guess I screwed up? Just going to try a Non-Traxxas battery like others have suggested. I tried calling Traxxas, but Tech dept was very nasty and unhelpful, bad customer service. I won't be calling again
I’m trying to recharge my lancer tactical 1600mah rechargeable NiMH but the charger seems to stay red for like an hour now and it hasn’t changed color. what should I do? the battery looks okay it’s not heating up when I charge it it stays room temp so I’m not to sure what’s going on, please help me
Same happen to me I took a couple pieces of wire connect it to my car battery, turn on my car and run it for a while and it charge, then I connect back to charger and it works.
