There is a bug with File Explorer in Windows 11 where the folder path in the address bar has a dropdown showing the path that won't close or collapse even when you click off of it. This tends to occur more often when you have multiple File Explorer tabs open. To potentially fix this issue, you can perform a basic registry edit.
Here are the steps from the video.
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
Look for a key named AutoComplete
If it's not there, right click on the Explorer key, choose New Key and name it AutoComplete
Right click the new AutoComplete key and choose New - String Value and name it AutoSuggest
Double click the AutoSuggest entry and enter No for the Value data.
