Thanks so much for your video! My garbage disposal was just buzzing, not working. It doesn’t have a reset button, for whatever reason. But I unplugged it, cleaned out some small bits of food from the drain again and again, and finally it’s working again.

This video was so helpful! I thought I was going to either have to buy a new one or put out a lot of money for a plumber. NOPE I fixed it myself (pat on the back) thanks to your helpful video. Oh and having the cat help turn it on, well that was just purrr-fect. 🤣🤣.
THANK YOU! This worked for me! Humming but not running. Used the allen wrench trick and it loosened a fishbowl rock that had fallen in when my son washed his fishbowl rocks. Feeling proud of myself!
Great, helpful video! My garbage disposable stopped working a few weeks ago. Thought it was done so I bought a new one and was preparing to install it today but wanted to get as much info as possible before starting the task. Found your RU-vid video which saved me the trouble of installing a new disposal. When I flipped the switch on my current disposal, nothing happened. Thought I had pushed the disposal reset button in the past but guess I didn't press it enough to get the "click". After pressing the reset button on the disposal, resetting the GFI and flipping the wall switch, it started humming (making progress, yaaaaay!). Looked in it with a flashlight and saw a few foreign objects in it. After removing a stuck piece of metal, the disposal started working again! Now I can take the new one back!

I just wanted to thank you so much not because I'm a girl lol , I used to have to do this (EVERYTHING) all the time when my kids were little, as a single mom... but I cleaned it the best way I saw possible, on RU-vid LOL, baking soda, apple cider vinegar and ice and LET ME TELL YOU WHAT, first of all it was DISGUSTING🤢🤮... and then it BROKE🤯🥴🙄 🤯.I WATCHED A few videos but DID NOT WORK,came to YOURS and YOU GOT ME THROUGH IT🤗 !!!! and I can't believe HOW CLEAN IT REALLY IS ,SO in the end... it was ALL WORTH IT🤗 it's perfect😃 seriously ,compared to what it was 💩🤢🤮YUCK, I did use a little bleach, but so what, even better, IT'S NEVER been THIS CLEAN 🙆♀️👩🔧💆♀️💃💃💃TRULY AMAZING,I believe that's what broke👩🔧 it was trying to clean up so much nastiness, so gross it's embarrassing😔 to say the least, I've tried so many times n ways just did not work🤔🤨🥴, SO quite HAPPY😁THANK YOU SO MUCH 😉😁👍
