Thank you ☺️, to my laptop it happened while BIOS was updated and was restarting. Laptop got same error with green screen. Changing IDE to AHCI successfully resolved it.

100% working 😂 Laptop with m.2. ssd... I have not ide/ahci 😂 In my case - dism /image:"your system disk" /get-drivers. Then remove all drivers in that list, one by one. Then boot from usb without uefi Then repair from boot - fail But then we have "repair" button - press 10-20min and system finally start. I advise you to do this only if the recovery of the bootloader did not help or it was not restored by any of the methods on the Internet or it was restored but the launch does not occur.

AHCI stands for Advanced Host Controller Interface, IDE simple mode that is compatible with older hardware (ribbon type cable you know about older IDE hard drives) for slower computer performance.

No worry do u have any bootable usb device? If yes u can boot through the bootable device and enter in to the repair option and u can back it up all your data that's it.
