The old stiff cable crap will be broke again and again ! To fix that *permanently* you have to solder in hi-flex silicone cable which will probably last longer than the screwdriver itself.

I plug mine in and leave it for ages and the light doesn’t even turn on it’s like it isn’t getting power at all, I just plug it into the wall in my house

Measure the battery voltage. And if it is below 3.2V, you have to charge the battery using an external power supply or you have to change the battery.

wow what a piece of crap! now I know not to change the shape of the screwdriver too many times. It was dumb to buy this thing... should have just used a compact driver for these screwdriver tasks.

@@ErCanEverything My Fiat ducato is taking up all my project time. I live out of a motorhome so I want to have a minimum number of tools that work.
