@@OllieTalksAirsoft Electrical tape works wonders at least for me. I put one "long" tape piece along the tube. It's quite tight, but still quite easily workable. Maybe because I used a long strip of electrical tape it has lasted for a year without rinkles or maybe it is about the finish of the tube or quality of the tape or maybe just pure luck. 😅

I usually check the accessories pages on zeroone forums, used airsoft, prefired and Airsoft forum UK. People usually state if their stuff is legit or repro. Sometimes eBay too.

ive got the replica Tan Geissele Ambi one, I also use the original TM one with a real steel extended latch and a black BCM ambit one too on my F1.

It's an Airsoft version made by ace 1 arms, I got it from wgc shop in HK. I think magpul make the real one so it'll be good I'm sure

@@OllieTalksAirsoft Interesting! And I thought I knew every obscure gas blowback rifle haha. If I remember correctly then it's Ruger that made the 10/22 takedown and then Magpul made a cool stock/chassis for it that made it even better. And now Ruger sells a 10/22 takedown with the Magpul chassis pre-installed😉

Sorry for the slow response, and yes I'm interested in what they have to say, I'm afraid I came off all the social media stuff so don't have any way of seeing but I'm guessing the response is not good. I've got to order a pistol grip soon anyway so I'll give them a ring beforehand and get the down low.

@@OllieTalksAirsoft It was basically them explaining in their own words what happened, I shall copy and paste a section from my email below: "We anticipate that your order will be with you early next week, allowing for Customs clearance. To confirm - our shipping issues were caused by a US policy change which meant that fewer airlines are happy to carry our commodity: all parts from Brownells are classed as ‘firearms parts’ for export purposes. The policy change affected other companies and caused a build-up of freight at Chicago airport. With fewer flights leaving the US at present the knock-on delay was greater than in usual times. With new freight forwarders on board and a new route out of the US we hope to minimise the risk of disruption in future. Once again thank you for your patience, it is appreciated." So yeah, basically things should be all sorted now and back to products arriving within a week or so (probably around 2 weeks due to general delays), but yeah, ive been waiting for 2 months now I think, so good to hear my parts will be here next week and any future purchases wont be as held up :)

@@OllieTalksAirsoft No problem at all :) By the way, totally unrelated, but do you use a fast helmet? And if so what kind of setup do you have for it? Ive only got a couple more things to do to the MWS, then I reckon after that I shall start updating my gear, I just use all my old issued kit normally, like MK6 helmet, DPM Webbing, etc. But am considering getting a plate carrier and fast helmet for a more up to date setup

@@desantos1234 I don't use a helmet at the moment, if I get night vision I'll get one but I prefer lower profile, usually a baseball hat. I've got a couple of plate carriers to do videos on too, the Ferro Slickster and the Crye JPC-1. DPM is classic though, I think there's still some at my mum's house!

I now have some green guns and I regularly play in shorts 😂
