I spent 1hour trying to open the god damn thing and made it worse tried to roll up the tape and it got all tangled up I say don’t waste money on this and buy the brush white out it’s easier and faster

The only other video I found quickly was one where the guy had his roller COMPLETELY disassembled. I was like wtf bro? I just need to know how to rewind it

Video was helpful. However, today I ended up throwing away a brand new Bic. Three of us in the office tried our best to salvage it but by the time it got passed around, the unspoiled ribbon became a twisted mess that wouldn't spool nicely. It would crinkle and jam and we were at a breaking point so I just unspooled the entire thing and ripped it up in frustration. Our boss overhead us complaining about it and agreed how much she hates the Bic brand. We immediately put in an order for the regular office brand we use that has the actual wheel you turn with your fingers. Those are amazing. Will never again buy Bic or any brand that does not have that feature.

They even ruined white out for us. Amazing.

Mine opens up the other way with the garbage spool facing me, if I were to flip it, it will become even MORE UNSPOOLED and I can't afford a new one at this time. This is just making me more pissed off and frustrated because it's all I have and now need more while on a fixed disability income. This was stuff from 2 yrs ago that was stored in a cool dry place so the whiteout part would still be fine. Its like it's all on one wheel that moves in the same direction, so it can't be fixed. I tried, and it just ripped so I now have no correction tape.

I found this useless. I did find beating the piece of garbage into 8,971,000 pieces with a hammer quite satisfying.

This is a piece of crap design. I ruined 6 brand new ones of this just using them normally. Went back to the fluid bottle.

These are the WORST correction tapes ever invented. They just suck. I don't even bother with this brand.
