THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH !! I WAS SO UPSET ABOUT THIS, I WATCHED TONS OF VIDEOS AND NONE OF THEM WORKED. THEY WERE ALL REALLY COMPLEX AND YOU EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CALMLY AND CLEAR. NOT ONLY THAT, YOU BROUGHT MANY OPTIONS. I WAS AT THE FOURTH ONE, ALMOST GIVING UP WHEN IT WORKED. I HATE DEALING WITH TECHNOLOGY BECAUSE I'M TERRIBLE AT IT, BUT THANKS TO YOU I FIXED MY PROBLEM. Thanku actually the .....restart method is working

The 1st method worked but guys you have to select the exact options for "big black" cursor, press aplply and ok to check if worked, if this work then turn back to your preferred cursor.

I used an Asus and I had this problem, somehow Asus smart gestures wasn't installed. I didn't find the software in any of the legitimate websites, so I had to download it from a third party software, install it, restart, and it worked. Thanks
