I add one more: For those using AMD processors, caused by an issue with the active setting in the BIOS (called Global C-State). I had to disable it and as soon as the freezes stopped. I contacted my motherboard company (ASUS in my case) and they asked me to install the beta BIOS and it fixed it. I leave this extra tip for those looking too and nothing works.

My MoBo is a B550-F Gaming Asus, I didn't find (as in my case) a "beta" BIOS update for your MoBo, but when I contacted ASUS as I mentioned they told me about such an error occurring because of AMD processors. If your BIOS is (from what I've seen) at 4201 and it's disabled (Global C-States), try contacting ASUS too to find out if there's any possibility to improve this problem. I hope I've helped a bit!

played Cyberpunk for 2 hours and zero hard-freezes. C-State was most definitely the culprit.

I recently needed to change ssd and updated the BIOS (leaving the default and then the most current, in addition to fixing what I already mentioned from C-States) and I noticed something that in addition to these steps I would recommend like an extra: Activate the "virtualization" mode, since I use it a lot to program with android. Without virtualization mode active my pc still continued freezing constantly and I don't understand why... until remember about virtualization too.

I got my Windows 11 to work without crashing. Updated my Sound Blaster drivers and works alot better. !!.. So it might be some stupid drivers. God I hate Windows !

None of these worked for me casue i had a very stupid reason, I had a tv plugged into my pc and when i unplugged it my pc just randomly stopped freezing, idk why idk how, but yea hopefully someone else can get help from this

Press Windows+R to open “Run” box. Type “cmd” and then click “OK” to open a regular Command Prompt. Type “cmd” and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open an administrator Command Prompt.

Listen I have done everything except the last one because I have so much data in my pc and formatting it is a big threat to me so I am keeping my all date at a safe place then I'll reset the my pc I'll suggest you to reset your pc bcz one of my frnd was having the same problem and he is suggest me to reset it bcz his problem was also solved by resetting it's pc

My windows won’t boot after ”chkdsk c: /f /r”. PC starts but just black screen and I can’t even access bios… edit: switched from display port to hdmi and it works now.
