You are a life saver. Messed up big time while trying to upgrade to SSD and got stuck with the infinite loop at start up. The command prompt option finally fixed the issue for me
video is 1 year old and still working, my windows 11 laptop was starting up like normal and then the spinning icon wasnt there and the startup company icon thing was there for like 5 minutes and then i found this video, the guy said to take off the power cable and hold down the power button and it worked! Thank you so much man.
Strangely worked on pc as well. I pressed the power button and turned the power supply button off. Held down the power button again once the pc was off and Normally started my pc.
sadly my pc is ruined i was literally watching a streamer and playing games last night the next day my pc is stuck on a infinite loop/loading i did everything i can and nothing works
Thanks alot man! I ran through the command prompt procedure and my pc was able to boot up normally. I was out of town and turned off the pc and also shut off the power supply. When attempting to turn it on, it would get stuck on the windows loading screen and not do anything from there. I followed this video and was able to get my computer to work again. Thank you very much!
Dude thank you so much, I have had this problem 3 times now, and have had to wipe my pc a couple times, each time I have watch videos on trying to fix the problem and yours is the only one that has worked for me, thank you so much
Before doing this, restart your pc 1-3 times. Sometimes, windows was just acting up. Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then click restart. If this does not work, then do the shown steps.
Phenomenal video! If people like you did not exist and make these videos, boneheads like me would probably be out buying new computers instead of fixing them through, again, your wonderful DIY computer fix videos. I cannot thank you enough!!!
After I scannow my computer tells me it’s found corrupted files that will be repaired in the next reboot? I follow the rest of the videos instructions and nothing changes and it keeps on finding the files the next time around. Any tips?
Welp, guess I'm fucked. Came home after work and my PC is just stuck on the boot screen. Tried booting the auto repair and all it does is go to a black screen and sits there. Nothing works. Can't access command prompt. No auto repair, no nothing.
Windows needs a fresh install of itself. Only way is through BIOS with a USB that has windows. Plug in USB, f11 or whatever to bios, find the boot menu, have the USB be the first boot process. It should prompt a reinstall of windows. Follow steps like normal
This didn't work for me. Might be because my computer is really old. It might've just kicked the bucket. It stays at the please wait screen because it couldn't configure my x drive
Fixed my issue by holding down the power button and turning off the power supply. Worked on pc btw. I pressed the power button and turned the power supply button off. Held down the power button again once the pc was off and Normally started my pc.
Can someone please help me my laptop was on the exact blue screen you were on after blue screening and restarting on its own a couple times then when I clicked return to windows 10 my laptop crashed and when I start it up again it’s just a black screen
In my Advance Options, If I click “Uninstall Updates”, “System Restore”, “System Image Recovery” , or “Command Prompt” the customer asks me to login as administrator, and it asks me for my EMAIL Password! Not the computer pin number or computer’s password, but my email’s password. Is that normal or a scam. I am guessing it’s a scam…
My problems were don't forget what version of Windows you are running. I downloaded Windows 11 Home when I had Pro. Don't download updates before you do install ( from someone else) , do it after install. Be ready for things you've been doing for 20 years to change.
all was fine, then I reset my network settings, instead of waiting 5min I just went to "reboot pc" (as I usually have done) from windows settings but got this infinite loop. How is this possible?
I have an HP Omen I believe I have corrupted files from not shutting down correctly, usually uninstalling feature updates helps boot it correctly. Also I noticed part of my IO shield must interfere with my GPU causing a black screen. I physically bent the shield away and back in place and haven't had problems since 3080
Windows 11 start up black screen fix: My problem was that my GeForce NVIDIA graphics driver was affected by a windows update. Had to do a system restore to revert back to before I did my windows update. Screw GeForce NINVIA
I can't even enter safe mode..it just keeps restarting. It's literally due to a windows update, system restore happens and it tries to download the windows update again
For the black screen, I turned pc from the source, waited 5 seconds (unplugging pc also worked for me). Started pc and no black screen. For now w11 runs perfect for me.
Hi, everything started fine until here 4:51 i got stuck, because yours says 'the operation completed successfully' but mine says 'the system cannot find the file specified'. I've already tried changing the diskpart from c to e but still ended up the same, please help me 😟 I've been looking for solutions for a week that ended up not working at all, please help me.
so idk if it’s related to my issue or not but my ethernet was unplugged and after a 2 days i decided to hop back on my pc. i hadn’t plugged it back in but after i signed in, it would load for about 15 seconds, which i thought was a long time, then it just went to a black screen. i had a cursor and i could access task manager. problem is that even after signing out and hardresetting a couple times the issue didn’t fix. i eventually hard reset and before i signed in again i went and plugging in the ethernet. then i signed in and boom the problem was solved and it’s like it never happened. didn’t lose anything at all except time and a pair of pants when the issue started
I cannot get to the blue screen. Every video I've watched always only has this option. I get the automatic repair and it fails and restarts the laptop and then it just sits on the logo screen doing nothing. How do I get out this boot loop of I cant get to the advanced settings. I'm about to smash it to pieces it's annoying me so much
To troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 start-up issues such as black screen, bootloop, and infinite loading, you can try the following steps: 1. Use keyboard shortcuts like Windows key + P or Ctrl + Alt + Del to reset the screen's graphics system. 2. Perform a hard reset by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds and reboot your computer. 3. Rebuild the BCD store using the bootrec command-line utility. 4. Run DISM and SFC scans to identify and replace missing or corrupted system files. 5. Examine hardware devices and connections for any issues. These steps can help address common Windows 11 start-up problems like black screen, bootloop, and infinite loading.
*PLEASE HELP* : My mom got me this computer during quarantine for school. Since last year, I've been using the computer completely fine, but one morning I try to log in to my account and instead of the normal "Password" box, it said sign in instead. I was kind of confused and eventually tried to log in. I type in my email and password (all correct) and it then asks me to make a pin. I click continue but then it says error literally 1 milliseconds later. I then click retry but it just repeats the error message. The only other option was to click cancel and when i do, it restarts my computer and brings me back to the sign in screen. I've tried everything to fix this. I tried to create a new account, restart my computer several times, and ive even tried to factory reset the computer. I still have the computer and I really want to know whats wrong with my computer. Please help
Windows 11 Beta screwed my comfuser after an update 3/9/21 and I was unable to get back to Ten without downloading it - the “go back” function didn’t exist (only 5 days after installing 11). Beware!
@@orionlegrand5831 I had to use a Linux program to reformat my C drive then downloaded W10 and installed from scratch. Then all my programs….. That was enough for me: 11 did nothing for me anyway. Windows is an OPERATING SYSTEM, Microsoft: I and I suspect most others want just that - something that makes the computer work - so that they can run their own programs on it. I’ve been trying Zorin OS - an Ubuntu derivative - and so far it ticks the boxes.
I got to the point there it said “automatic repair” but then it came up saying ran into a problem with a sad face and a QR code but I couldn’t take a photo of it or read it all now it’s back to the back screen it has been on for the last week and I can’t get passed it or turn it on what do I do please help man :((
I tried re-installing windows a couple times but that was no good, then after i tried reinstalling windows, i couldn't even get to automatic repair. No matter how hard I try.
The whole menu: startup settings is nog showing up. I changed the manual setting in ryzen master. Voltage 1.4 and clock to 4.7 and after that windows won’t turn on again. System recovery fails restoring windows startup…
My problem is a bit more severe. First off my windows is severely corrupted because of a buffer overflow (im not sure if it was an attack or not). That made my system entirely unstable and unusable and my pin was disabled as well as other options such as windows hello or forgot my password. I later went into the windows recovery system and attempted to wipe my pc. Didnt work. The second time, it began to reset my pc but it suddenly restarted at 11% progress. Now i cant even access startup repair and the blue screen menu.
I wanted to change my cores (on huawei matebook w11) from 1 to 8 and it says that some safe boot something and a open it again and selected normal boot (it was on selected boot) and change it back to selected how it was before, then i restart my notebook and im stuck in choose option use devide, troubleshoot, turn off my pc, in troubleshoot i have: startup repair(cant repair) cpmmand prompt, uinstall updates, ueif fimware, system restore, system image recovery.
