Please can you make a video about this problem when I open Fortnite and run it it start downloading then when it finish It give me a message then it give Fortnite client exe has stopped working and 0xc0000142 Then I press ok then it give me C:/Windows /system32/dwmapi.full Please please let know what is the solution

when i type in the first ren C: part for solution 2 it says access denied

If you cannot rename the SoftwareDistribution folder, it's because Windows Update service is running, keeping "files in use" . click windows button, type in SERVICES, right click, select run as administrator, find the "windows update" service, right click then STOP from menu. You should now be able to run the command from the CMD-window mentioned in the tutorial.

If you cannot rename the Catroot2 folder, it's because the CryptoService has it active, go to the CMD prompt and input again NET STOP CRYPTSVC and hit ENTER and make sure it is specified as stopped. Then rename the Catroot2 folder

on solution 2 it says access is denied when i try the long texts

@@TechFixIT yes it worked for the short texts but the two long ones it didnt, it said this file has a duplicate or dosent exist i think,also thank you for replying👍

@@TechFixIT the reason im doing this is because im trying to install andy emulator and when i press accept and install it says the error number in the thumbnail and it says fatal error during installation i would love some help
