In this video we will take a look at Hirens Boot CD with Windows 10 PE. Hirens Boot CD has not been updated in very long time until now.
Here is some of the things you can do with Windows 10 PE
* Recover Data for a computer that won't boot.
* Backup a hard drive from a computer that wont boot.
* Remove malware from a computer that wont boot.
* Diagnose a dead computer.

Best news in years! I used to use DLC Boot with Windows 10 PE but lots of software did not work and some were buggy, can't wait to try out the new Hirens Boot. Cheers!

You just saved my pc! While I was messing around in disk management, I receive a bad phone call and selected the wrong drive as active. With hiren and your video about yumi I was able to restart through bios and activated the correct partition. Everything is perfect again! Thank you thank you!!!

At first I was gonna throw the disc away because it seemed like I was staring at the windows logo for hours. All of a sudden I saw it was booting!! Hurray ! After the malware was removed it still didn't boot. I was getting ready to reformat the drive when I tried one more program and Bam!! My computer came back to life!!! She was weak but she held on enough for me to run some more tools to give the ole gal strength again.! Now for the moment the computer is just fine! Thank you very much for your tutorials! You are the best teacher!!

Thank you for this! Excellent tool, was able to reset my password. Note that the mirror for the Hiren's download seems to be slow. So I used the one I found via Google drive.

I have used hiren's boot cd for years. I helped fix a bunch of family computers that won't boot (one of them had a malware infection that disabled the ethernet cord so it's always "searching for address". Still haven't fixed that one). Now that there's an update to this acclaimed tool, you know I am flashing this tool right away

Is there anything in Hiren's CD toolkit that repairs corrupt windows files? I have been scratching my head for last week on how to recover the bootrec or mbr on the hard disk. Now it keeps ending up with a Fatal System Error blue screen. I tried installing Android OS a few weeks ago but I think that messed up with the MBR sectors and now Windows XP doesn't boot up properly. any suggestions?

Hi, I've just watched your video. I've installed and looked right through the provided programs. Is there any software on Hiren's for transferring documents, pictures etc from my crashed PC? I got the Recovery blue screen (code 0xc000000e) ! None of the suggested ways to recover have worked, so I just want to get all the photos, documents off it before I try anything else!

Hello @britec09 , My C:drive system32 has been corrupted by a virus, I cannot access any settings to reset windows 10 for e.g (Settings>Windows Recovery > Reset PC to its default settings) it just goes to a black screen. I have watched your other videos on resetting windows 10 however, It will not let me reinstall windows 10 as my (C): drive system32 is corrupted .. how do i recover windows 10 default settings with hirensbootCD and reinstall it to its original state, I hope this made sense and I hope you get this! Thanks

Cool, I tried to dual boot Bliss OS with Windows 10. After installing Bliss OS, trying to boot into Windows 10 just gives me a black screen with a mouse cursor, never gets to the log in screen. I hope this helps me solve that issue without having to format and reinstall Windows 10.

Virus, run malware and virus scans. You can use Hirens for this as well.

Somewhere Out There Google HWMonitor. Install that software, once installed, go to your wear level. If you have a high number, it means that your battery is toast! I hope this helps.

Tried downloading this on Firefox and Chrome....both stopped the download and indicated it contains "a virus or malware".

Yes Sir. HBCD_PE_x64.iso Both firefox and google return blocks, weird. I have an old copy on a pendrive, luckily. Was wanting the passscape software and the eset...mine doesn't have that. I think the US has some weird deal going about Russia. Kaspersky also returns a malware or dangerous program warning. Luckily, I have another copy of that too!

Shouldn't this video be named "Tools to fix your PC"? I have a broken PC and the vid doesn't include any instructions on how to fix it, nor does it give any real help on how to use PE--especially on a PC that won't even boot.
