So I replaced my factory hard drive with a SSD drive. Because their is no place to for a fan, I get the message Alert! Hard drive fan failure Error | Strike the F1 key to continue. Is there a means to patch/override the message. Becuase it's a non essential thing I can live with pressing F1 but that is annoying in itself

Both above 2 lines are exactly same showing up in my pc but after alert, the following is written, ''Drive 1 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-1 Drive 2 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-2'' How can I fix it?

100% Solution? Not exactly. Sometimes that error message will develop mysteriously, and the machine won't even have a HDD fan! Simply unplug the machine, press the power button for 30 seconds or so to drain the flea power, plug it back in and it should be fine. May get a clock reset error, but press F1 and ignore it.

Did work for me thanks had hard drive, air temperature sensor and a keyboard alert right after i cleaned my pc and made sure every cable was in

I don’t have a hard drive fan and my newer keyboards function keys aren’t recognized in boot up. I have to use a second keyboard to hit f1 and then the function keys do work once booted.
