1:14 When you say "Scroll down here" it's not obvious where you are selecting next?? I wish you would have talk through the steps instead of just saying "Scroll down here" because it's impossible to see which option you're selecting. What option did you select?
This worked well for me thank you. It was so frustrating, why Samsung doesnt provide this kind of tutorial, is beyond me . I do have a follow up question. Once the files have been transferred to the laptop, do we go back into the phone and turn off the usb debugging? To reverse it and remove that accessibility?
This works, thanks! Didn't need to enable the debugging though. Works just with changing configuration. Never know about this develop access mode, thanks for sharing!
USD_RIDAH Bro, As Videos take more space, that’s why probably your videos are not able to load the videos. You could try to free up space it might fix the issue.😊
On my Samsung A72 under USB configuration, there is no MTP it is called Transferring files, click it and it works ok. This app launches , Android File Transfer and Android File Transfer Agent , when you quit Android File Transfer it leaves the transfer agent running , you might want to go into Activity Monitor and quit it there if you don't want it running all the time .
I am using a s8 and the default usb configuration options are: Transferring files, Usb tethering, MIDI, Transferring images and charging phone only. Which one should i choose? I brought a brand new usb cable and it was working for a while, but it has stopped working. It used to close a lot of times whenever i was transferring music. I've uninstalled, reinstalled android file transfer, and restarted the computer and the phone on several occasions, but it's still not working.
@@KashPapi10 I bought another usb cable and it is working again. The other one was a 6 feet cable, it was very long, so maybe it got damaged somehow. But i'm holding my breath on this new one which is 3 feet.But as it is, it seems as if the cable was the problem.
eliesaad674 Bro, Try doing USB debugging on your Android Phone from Developer Mode, It can fix the issue. We have a detailed video about how to do it, You can check it out.😊

@@KashPapi10 I was only trying to transfer music to my new iPhone so downloaded iTunes on my Z4 transfer my music to iTunes then opened my MacBook with iTunes since my is on tunes now then plugged my iPhone to Mac then transfer music to iPhone.👍
