The problem I have is that emails older than 2 years using the default profile never appear in the archive, I only see emails that are from 2021 and 2022 yet the persons mailbox has emails going back to 2016. If I create a tag and a policy for 8 years the emails start to get moved over from 2016. Its very odd. :(

The problem i have (on multiple accounts), whether using the 5yr archive policy, or manually moving emails over (in batches of more than 100 or so) i will end up with more emails in the Online Archive at the end of it. ie. it randomly duplicates emails (about 5% of the total move on 20,000 emails). So at the moment this process is not fit for purpose to us. Ever seen this?
