Fixed! - Phone Not Connecting to PC but Charging Only 

Phone didn't sho.w up in other devices or any devices but my phone still gets charged from the computer. I followed all of your instructions

Nope, doesn't work. There is no "other devices" in Device Manager for me.

Thanks dude. It was already set up on transferring files, but not showing up. So I changed to transferring images, & then back to transferring files. It showed up both times.

what if my device isn't showing up even on the device manager? my phone used to be recognised but now not even the device manager can show that it's charging. it's like the pc doesn't even realise there's something connected. its a Tecno Spark 10pro

My USB cable was the problem, some cables only support charging only - DOH!

MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE RIGHT KIND ON CABAL THAT CAN TRANSFRE DATA...
