Thank you so much. I followed you step by step and I was able to solve my problem. I hope only good things and happiness come your way and to all your loved ones.
Thank you for your valuable help, it went perfectly! On the other hand, I strongly suggest using a vacuum cleaner and a small, short-haired artist's brush to completely get rid of the accumulated dust... Using an aerosol product only pushes the residue where it will then be impossible to extract!
@@TechGuru247 basically it pulls the laptop up sometimes bcs it pushing lots of force in and when i ignored it it started to troubleshoot and it worked but after some hours later then i works 5 secs than goes down works an goes down.
I have got error 90b couple of times when i shut the pc down but my fans are working fine?? So is it safe to use the pc i think its my power supply. It’s fan spins but makes a weird rattling kind of noise
It doesn’t fix itself, I let mine sit for a lil and my fan got worse over time, and it ended with “your device is damaged and needs to be repaired” if you have the equipment try and open it up and check for dust cos that’s what usually causes the error like the video said I think
Very informative. My Hp Elitebook fan 90B has the same error. I will try it and will see if it's work. Thanks for the infos. New subscriber here watching from Philippines.
I got this error, but instead of turning it off and fix the fan from behind, I pressed enter. Them my laptop is working fine. But do i still need to clean the fan? Will it heat up if i dont?
Hello, the same error was comming with my laptop but I press enter laptop works and after some time the laptop is completely off only power led turns white colour and power led and caps lock is continuously ON. If you can replay me or help me to resolve the issue?
try this: unplug the power cable of the CPU, hold the power button for 25 sec. Remove the cover of the CPU, unplug the memory card gently and plug it back in. Plug the power cord and try turning on.. hope this heles.. let me know.. thanks
My computer was doing windows updates and restarted then I got the system fan 90b error. I just bought this computer. So I don't think the fans are dirty or malfunctioned. I just updated the Bios for the pc and haven't seen the error since. Was that more of a software issue than hardware issue for my pc?
i watched this cause i got compressed air and sprayed it through the outside but the code still showed up. i’m too scared to open my computer so i’m just gonna take it to someone who can do it for me
Hey, please can you help me. I have HP Omen 17 2070 graphic card and it has somekind of malfunction. First I had messages on startup that the laptop is overheating just like this. My cooling fan didnt work properly on auto, i went from full to no working like youre giving gas on automobile and releasing the gas. On max cooling mode it would work as it should. The day latter it still has same problems but it wont charge and soon I will not be able to turn it on when the battery turns off. Omen control center didnt show the temperatures were ever high and that is overheats. Please, any advice is welcome! Thanks!
@@isaackvng248 i think we should clean the fans probably its dust because i hear loud noise i always put the laptop next to the window so i think its dust although my pc is new
It also happened to my Hp Pavillion Gaming 15 (ec001ax)... Its new, i just bought it 6 months ago... Updating the bios may fix the problem and let the laptop run smoothly for a couple of weeks until the 90b error notification hits again 😭
I would like help! I put a new fan in the machine and it writes the same error message when restarting! It reacts as if the fan has not even been cleaned or replaced! Write the same error code! (90b) What could be the problem? How to reset the machine? Thanks for the reply !!!
I encountered this problem and then cleaned a fan like you did and still it wasn't solved. I decided to replace the fan with another one but still the message come. I even decided to change window but still this message comes. What could be the problem?
did you update your bios? i honestly think thats the problem as nothing is wrong with my fan plus i cleaned it...but ever since i update the bios i keep seeing the message
i fixed the fan by disassembling and put some lubricant. now error is gone. the fan at first is pretty tight ( the fan wont turn when i blow with my mouth). when i put some lubricant the fan is now smooth
buy a sledgehammer and say to fan go WORK BITCH if the Fan still gets the error. Just samsh it big time. And then try again, If not workd buy a new laptop. My advice works always
can anyone tell me my laptop is off when I remove the laptop from charging but the charging is remaining if i will do the process of video so i can get the solution ?
My laptop freez in Windows after sometime 5 Min of usage and I can't type or use mouse ... Is it cause my fan not running ?? Because when I checked I saw the fan spinning then stop
This is bs my 6 year old HP Pavillion never overheats and I never ever got this message. I just bought a HP Envy x360 brand new a week ago, and I got this message the day after I used it. Smh hp. Do you have a fix for my laptop? It doesn’t have a battery and I tried opening and dusting it too. It still came up with the message
Your new HP is still under warranty so you can get that fix from where you purchased it from and they will guide you. If you open the back back cover, unplug the and plug the fan cable if you see one. Good luck..
Had my Hp Laptop a Few weeks and it's given me this message when I've gone to switch it on. Fuming! The underneath of the laptop doesn't look like this.
My HP has a solid back - no little pop-out switches to remove things 😞 but at least the warning went away. Will have to listen for the fan today. This has been the worst laptop ever! Won’t stay connected to wifi and does not have access to the recommended “fix”
I cleaned my fan and this error message still came up. I have ordered a replacement fan that will be arriving next week but in the meantime do you think my laptop is still safe to use?
@@TechGuru247 I changed my fans, they are working properly and still getting this error, I even did a reset of the windows, any idea what the problem could be?
