It requires you to have a valid payment method for that country or else it keeps saying “account not in this store”

It really worked. For some people you may have to put in a credit card if not it won’t let you download it’ll take you back to your previous region

Be careful with changing your region/country. It states in the Google terms that once you change your region you can't change it back for 1 year.

Actually it looks that currently the procedure REQUIRES a form of payment to be entered. Trying to switch from Poland to US and the system didn't accept either paypal (paypal reported that it's not a valid form of payment for the country selected) nor any of my credit cards. when entered with a foreign adress (the place where I used to live in the US) it ultimatelly allowed me to switch to UK and get the app I wanted (for newest Abbott freestyle libre 3 CGM sensor which don't have the medical certification for Poland yet, whilst generally available in other countries throughout Europe) by using a UK issued Monese (something like revolut) card and entering the Monese headquarters adress details ;)

Hi! Great information but my problem is that once I get to the App Store and click on the app it changes the “Alexa app” which is what I need to control my Alexa devices to Alexa Music. I left the App Store and tried Google store and had the exact same issue… any thoughts? Or, perhaps you can answer my question… I received a an Alexa “Dot” or maybe it’s called “Echo Dot”. I’m really not sure but whatever it’s called, I can’t seem to get it to connect to my Bluetooth on my iPhone. In fact, I can’t even find where to turn the Bluetooth on on the device. I’m guessing that it’s probably already on and it’s built into the product intentionally so you don’t have to mess with it… I mean that’s all a part of the whole thing…. I have a TCL_T501C, Cricket Wireless, US Android, (I am in Canada, on "roaming" network,) I have 2 Google accounts, the country in "account 1" is set to United States, while the country of "account 2" is set to Canada, and I am not able to download the RBC (Canadian bank) mobile app or the Walmart Canada app on neither of my 2 accounts, after clearing the cache, (on account 1 it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version", and "This app isn't available", and on account 2 it says "Looking for RBC Mobile? This app won't work for your device"). What do I need to do to be able to download the app?
