Fixing a broken Milwaukee Angle Grinder 2781 - 20 

This angle grinder, which has seen duty over thr past couple of years in a one-person welding/fabrication shop, stopped working. the rearmost bearing, which is a teeny, woefully undersized 605RS bearing, disintegrated. Also, one of the batteries had stopped working. Once the bearing failed, the rotor contacted the stator. I was able to clean up the damage to the stator (field?) and rotor, replace the bearing, and get it working well. Yes, I assembled it backwards in this video! the grinder part should be facing away from the switch. it has since been corrected but it is of note that the head of the grinder looks like it can be clocked at any 90° increment to facilitate a specific hand hold. All I had to do to the battery was disassemble it, clean it, and clean the contacts.
