Hope this helps someone out. I tried to show every part of this fix. It wasn't hard to fix just learned as I did it. This fix should be similar on other makes and models.
Thanks for the video. As you stated, that access panel on the top underneath the cowling is essentially useless. I just completed my replacement without removing the wipers and cowling altogether. I was able to do everything from behind the wiper motor. Hopefully that can save some time for some folks. Also, I too was having issues with the wipers not finishing their cycle at the bottom of the windshield. You have to be very particular when securing the wiper assembly to the shaft of the motor. For me it just took some trial and error to get them to sit properly. Thanks again.
