Fixing a rare garden tractor 

I got this riding Deutz-Allis mower/garden tractor for free from some friends. I got it running but then it stopped working and has been sitting for several years. I want to see if I can figure out why the hydrostatic transmission stopped working and see if I could put it back into service around our property.
