You should check the youth academy talent's best position by putting him in different positions in the squad hub, and change the position appropriately... this youth academy player was a much higher rated winger....

Do a fixing challenge on vfl wolfsburg as they are currently 15th in the bundesliga only 2 or 3 points away from relagation similar as of their 2017-18 season but managed to escape .They sacked their coach van bommel after just 2 or 3 games and appointed an unknown manager. They surely need a rebuild . Pls Do. It 🙏🏻👍🏼

Tips : if u train the player to the opposite side of their play position they will grow soo much but dont change their position when the training complete.. example trains your LB to RB position but dont change their position.. it will help them grows so much
