😮 was my fault,. But the best shop came out ,then less than sixty seconds, it was working g like new again, but big THANKS TO EUROINICES WHOM ALWAYS KEEP THER WORD, FROM NICOLESON SYREET EDINBURGH SAVED ME YET AGAIN , AMZING THE SHOP IS AT EDINBURGH ,. !!! RESPECT. 😂 TEARS OF JOY FROM CLINENT
That wasn't the only crack, the other two weren't well visible on my camera so I deleted them. With three lil kids using the Henry pretty much daily, it was ready for new hose. But to be honest, I had no idea that cuff on it's own is replaceable. Hetty needs new cuff, will look into it as the rest of hose is absolutely fine. Thank you for letting me know. ;-)

Ich wüsste nicht ob sie mich verstehen aber es war echt unnötig die Stangen und die Düse wegzuschmeißen da sind nicht richtig zu gehören wie man sie ist auf dem Video zu sehen dass die jetzige neue Düsen nicht mehr einhängen kann so gesagt einfach nur Geldverschwendung und unnötig
Is the silver/metal pole attached to the end nozzle? I was looking for a cheap replacement but they only come with the end bit right at the bottom, and I can't seem to take the pole off the original
To remove the black floor head from the bottom silver pole, detach it from the rest of the poles and hose, then put your weight by standing on the head (one foot each side of the head) and then grab the pole with your hands and pull up. It should then detach hopefully.

The Henry Vacuum Cleaner is a great hard working machine and so very easy to maintain and only has a Pre-Motor Filter which very seldom gets dirty unless your bag is either overflowing or it's used without a bag. The latter obviously should never be done as damage will be caused to the Cyclone and Motor. Well done, a good video.
It's recommended to not use paper bags anymore as they have much worse filtration then the newer Hepa-Flo bags that are made of textile. That is why the inside gets dusty after a while since so much dust seeps through the paper bags. Not sure why paper bags are even sold anymore, I guess the upside is that they are cheaper.
Henry Hoover used to make brilliant vacuum cleaners but then they changed the design of the nozzle and now their products are rubbish - the nozzle won't glide forwards on a carpet but only backwards, and when one removes the end to clean tiles with the cylinder section, one finds oneself dragging stainless steel across stone tiles; it used to be that the cylinder section attached to the vacuum cleaner had a plastic ring around the end to prevent scraping.
