Cut your doors off level with the floor and install a weather seal at the bottom - that is what my friend did and it works great.

Thank you Ted, yep, that is exactly what I did, and so far, it seems to be effective. I did have a single mouse in there and I think he was able to get in through a very small crack around the bottom of the door so I put spray foam there and I think that took care of it.
