Here’s my Fixed (English) Alphabet: Aa Ææ Bb Cc Dd Ee Əə Ff Gg Hh Ii Jj Kk Ll Mm Nn Ŋŋ Oo Pp Qq Rr Ss Šš Tt Þþ Uu Vv Ww Yy Zz ‘ (C makes the Ch sound) (Q makes the Qu sound on its Own) (‘ takes the place of silent letters)
@@AtomicFusionProductionsEnglish doesn’t have too many letters, it has too few letters. My dialect of English has 40 sounds, but there’s only 26 letters in the alphabet.
I Removed K , S and q because I want to use LESS letters so removing 3 is an improvement compared to removing a useful letter and I can still add more Better letters! also if you think something else should be changed than I make a second! what do you think?
@@AtomicFusionProductions I really like how Welsh has done it. C in Welsh always produces the hard sound so there is no K, Q and X. S always makes an [s] sound, never [z] sound. We should only use C for that hard sound and S for the [s] sound, not [z]. Oh and what about Sh? That's written "Si" in Welsh.
@@AtomicFusionProductionsAlso you should've turned j into the trigraph dzh because phonetically that's almost basically what the j sound is asides from the d being made with the tip of the tounge being slightly more close to the roof of the mouth.
My version: Aa Āā Ææ Bb Čč Dd Ee Ēē Əə Ff Gg Ğğ Hh Ii Īī Jj Kk Ll Mm Nn Ññ Oo Ōō Œœ Pp Qq Rr Ss Šš ß Tt Uu Ūū Vv Þþ Ðð Ww Xx Yy Zz Žž Ĝĝ Č makes the CH sound If there's a line at the top of a vowel it means the vowel is long Æ is AE Əə is short i Ğğ is silent Ññ is ny Œœ is OE Šš is SH ß is SS Þþ is TH Ðð is DH Žž is ZH Ĝĝ is GH I've got rid of Cc because K could replace it.
