The past year, the Silly Meter has been broken. The Loony Lab scientists have been (probably) working nonstop at their top secret lab on the outskirts of Toontown. One day, Professor Dimm accidentally found out what REALLY makes the Silly Meter work- Now all they need are a bunch of toons to power it! (And a singer, of course.)
This video was entirely made in Panda3D, not the Toontown client. I was sick of seeing the flashy effects used in Toontown videos nowadays and wanted to show that you could not only make a cool video without effects, but to tell a story along with it.
