Fixing the skidloader bobtach plate 

Your video was very helpful, especially how you turned the tilt pistons and braced them on the bobtach to get the bushing out/in.

On the right side of the lift arm, the bore that holds the bushing has worn elongated and unless it is bored to a round condition with a sleeve installed, the bushing will continue to wear out the bore. The tapered pin and bushing are made of very hard material as opposed to the inside bore of the Bob-Tach. It will work for a while but won't hold up well.

Great video. Just an FYI id you were unaware, Chlorinated brake cleaner produces an extremely potent neurotoxin (phosgene) when exposed to high heat, beyond 315 degrees C. So, gas cutting, plasma and welding. A minuscule 40ppm over 15 minutes exposure is the maximum threshold SCOEL established. It is very nasty stuff. I stick to acetone and Walter weld cleaner. @5:43 -- Looks like you were using a socket to beat out that bushing. Question: That bushing seems to be in the way of the grease zerk putting grease on the pin?

2013 S630 to remove Bob tach first take out grease plug snap ring, use grease gun to pump grease plug out. 28 mm socket.

Have you ever had problems with the actuator in the machine? I have the same machine and it locks up all the controls and only way I can get it unlocked is to turn off machine and then turn on. Code reading something with the actuator. Thanks for the video I need to replace my front pins aswell.

go to bobcat parts catalog with your serial number and look at the diagram before you start.

Did your bobcat dealer have a kit part number for all those parts, or did you have to pick out all the parts you wanted from parts pages?

Does it matter what direction you knock the bushings out?

I had a John Deere 260 that needed the pins replaced, but I sold it before I got around to the job. Based on your video, I think Bobcat did a better job on engineering the replaceability of the pins/bushings. Mine looked like it was going to be a lot more a$$ pain. What year is your Bobcat and how many hours does it have?

Help me understand what exactly you were working on. Are the bushings you replaced on the Bob-Tach mounting plate?

Did you pull the bushing out of the right side bottom bobtatch? I just tore mine apart today and trying to figure out how to get my bushings out of it. Didn’t know if you had a trick.

Are those tires the SKS-532? How do you like them?

Is this the same for a Bobcat T300?

How did you get the back pins out?

my fucking pins on my 773 bobcat wont come off, Im heating and banging on them but they wont even give after at all.
