Anyone can spend a lot of money to achieve good results, but it is far more interesting to see it being done at a low cost. I love the word "frugal". It so much nicer than being called "cheap-ass", like people say about me.

Bob Ross. You can possibly restore dashes to better than OEM - some weren't very quality. The dashes from Just Dashes are nice but very spendy. You could make a vacuum forming box and do a amateur version of what JD does. I think the vacuum technique would work best on dashes with no sharp bends - like most of them.

Couple tips on the foam can , some of those cans are made to spray upside-down , pays to check cuz you'll run out of air ! The other tip is , if you use half a can or what ever and then leave it and try to use it later & it's plugged you can takes the spay assembly off and spray carburetor cleaner through it and that old foam will disappear like magic! You can also spray it down the exit tip on the can !
