Man i wasn’t panicking cuz I knew there would’ve been a fix so ye I searched it up and u saved my laptop thanks I knew I had to do something in safe mode CCLEANER worked I only installed that and restarted my laptop and yea thanks for that
I did what you did, but my computer will go into a black screen and say "Windows is loading files..." and then it will take me to a screen that says "Start Normally" or "Launch Startup Repair", but if I chose any of those, my computer restarts and takes me back to the same page, any advice?
guys after 3 hour eventually I have been able to solve this problem first thing first I was also stucking in welcome thing and I wasnt able to run safe mode and recovery the solution is go f8 in that panel go below you will see something with (ADVANCE BOOT OR SETUP) I dont remember much than select it first it will boot normally than it will restart and scan everything after that it will reboot again it will take at least 30 minute (mine took 40) so be paciant it will definitly solve problem. Thank me later and last thing sorry for bad english
Guys Only two things show up while I turn on the laptop 1-Launch Startup Repair (recommend) - I did it and it was repairing for hours and nothing happened 2-Start Windows Normally - I did it and it was freezing for hours either Pls what should I do in turtorial

Solution? just go to your nearest mini tech store or sum shit and let the fixer reboot your whole device like a brand new one LoLz Pros: Never faced a problem with my windows 7 Laptop ever again still works like charm
My friend, when it finishes loading in safe mode or any other mode, it says please wait.... And it never moves, when i try ctrl alt delete it was as if the keyboard has been broken aswell cause it is not interactable anymore
I once had this problem... I think its because of any hardware failure... Windows will check all the hardware while it boots. Once it detects any hardware failure it will not boot.. One of my hard disks was not working.. So I disconnected it.. Then it booted.. So I think we should check the hardware's working condition when we get this error... Hope it helps.. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
I had 2 hds 1tbs and 1 ssd 240gb/s, one of my hd 1tbs stoped working and when i disconnected my pc come back working, if you have only the cd/dvd reader and one hd, maybe this one hd is whith problem
i cant go into safe mode evwn normal mode... when i go as normal. its stuck at starting window for second while... and its restart automatic i cant go even the safe mode... when it loding file and its freeze and restart automatic (i press F8) !halp!

@oussama benzian no I think it's broken , although if you want the things on it take the HDD and use a wire that can connect it to another laptop and take everything you want. I think that how it works
after selecting safe mode with networking, it has stopped at CLASSPHP.SYS It is not displaying the remaining 4(which is shown in ur video).And after loading all this,it is returning back to the same place.where the video started.so I expect you'll resolve my problem,as soon as possible.
I have a serious problem with my window it refuse to start whe i shut down it back to automatic repair coundnt repair your pc press advanecrd options i try all options it saying we ran into a problem and wont be able to take you back , please can you help
had the same problem and tries every way include this and nothing happened the only thing i had to do now was to install another windows in safe mode and it worked like a charm now only thing is you cant install any anti virus of ms office in safe mode
