The part I like is that he’s ripping off his clothes means that he’s gotten over his insecurity and body dysmorphia along with the need to be perfect to other people.
Even after Asmodeus told him it was about him, it still didn't occur to him until it referred to him by name. He really is the epitome, not just of greed, but of the greedy narcissist, perpetually impressed with himself and convinced the whole world is too no matter how clearly you spell it out to them.
He's greed. Greed doesn't care what you call it, as long as you are buckling under and *producing*. Mammon would probably be perfectly happy selling 'fuck you mammon' T-shirts. The problem... Is quitting.
Seeing Fizzarolli find closure with Blitz and then with the support of Blitz and Asmodeus finding the strength to step up his game to the next level with absolute confidence while giving Mamon 'the bird' is definitely badass. Even better when Asmodeus comes out and tells everyone that he loves Fizz and makes it clear that anyone with an issue can f-ck off.
"A song about an evil boss and people hating their job? People fuckin' love that shit!" - Mammon, embodiment of the evils of greed, and character in a world that has a series picked up by Amazon.
@Noobvr56 Asmodeus. And no, he didn't realize it was about him until Fizzarolli said "Mammon you sad sack of shit". He literally says "interesting song, wonder what fucker this is about", and when Asmodeus tells him it's about him, he isn't paying attention and doesn't even process what he said.
Really loving Mammon's design. The lovable australian voice comes in complete juxtaposition of his character design, even his normal phase resembles what you'd expect a lord in hell to look like, but when he gets mad, he actually resembles some Eldredge horror.
I think it was funny as hell that it took Asmodeus to tell Mammon that the song was basically a giant middle finger to him .....and you know this song felt like a song Lady Gaga herself would've sang ......probably why I liked it so much
Fun fact! FIzzerolis says "here's my two minute notice" for the first time at 1:20 of the song and the last sentence (the last "fuck yoou") is at 3:20, the song ends EXACTLY 2 minutes after he gives the notice!
2:52 this may just be me over analyzing shit but the coffin here looks like it’s from Beetlejuice, which if that was on purpose, that would be pretty cool since the voice actor of Fizz is also the actor of Beetlejuice
I think that Mammon only getting mad (even tho he knew it was for him already) when Fizz actively called him out in front of the crowd which could loose him money is very in style
"We have a grand fucking performance." just kills be for some reason. I love how overly excessive the swearing is in these shows. Like, it should come across as cringe and childish but it's so frequent and natural that it crosses over into absurdist. Like, I legit don't know why I find it as funny as I do.
Has anyone else thinking damn blitz is an incredible Marksman. He took down that perverted hellhound with one shot while he was literally on top of phizz and they were also moving really fast when he shot him.
Can we talk about the fact that fizz prepared a musical number with specific gigant props, music and fireworks in like 20 minutes? How the fuck did he do it?
When first introduced to Fizzarolli in season 1, I couldn't stand him. But, just like Stolas, he definitely grew on me, and I can say--without ANY doubt in my mind or heart--he is my FAVORITE of the imps, HANDS DOWN!
I swear That I will sing this song to my mom when I will finally be able to leave the house cuz this explain very well how I am feeling bc of her shitty pressure for making me working (for school) so hard for nothing-
@@emery_is_still_here My best advice for you and others like us: Make sure you’re fully on your own feet and you can support yourself before fully cutting ties. Because sometimes (Lord knows) we have to go back home due to circumstances beyond our control. So play your cards smart to set up your own path of success, then you can fully sever bonds when you have security. Best of luck from this old lady.
I love how Mamon ends up just eating his feelings and stewing at the end (at least untill Fizz quits for real) even Mamon's giant ego has to take a back seat to making 💰(hes probably thinking about selling cds of the song)
I very much hope that Alex Brightman enjoys, no fucking LOVES doing this character. He's my favorite Character that he does, and this song cemented that Opinion. :)
