Here is how I installed the Offroad Garage Snorkel. It is the best looking snorkel for the FJC but it's not cheap. $480 + $120 in shipping. I believe you get what you pay for and this kit is amazing looking. Much better than the cheap ABS snorkels.

Great video! Been hemmin' & hawin' about this snorkel, have a knock-off "chinesium" one on my '11 (that was fun to install...🙄) but want to add one to my '07 🤔 Much cleaner look!

I really didn’t want to cut a hole in my FJ. I’ve driven 600 miles so far and it doesn’t seem to add to the wind noise either.

how was the seal on the upper part and the one behind the fender? I saw another video where he said the gap between the two was almost 1/2"? was yours a closer fit? '

It was bad at all. I will say that these a not a simple bolt on and go. They take a little bit more work but it TOTALLY worth it. Best snorkel made for the FJC

Too bad it is not an effective snorkel just another raise air intake., not sealed into the air box. Glad i come across this video as i have seen the air intake on other vehicles and said to myself i need to get that as i did not have to drill a big whole into the fender. Now seeing it is not a properly sealed unit it has changed my mind.

How do you mean? You seal it with silicone. It is VERY water tight if you want it to be. My video is more about how to install. I'm using it to keep clean air on dusty roads, as there is a lot more stuff that would get ruined before water got in the intake. I tested with a smoke machine and no leaks. I'm not selling these, just wanted you to have all the info. Thanks for watching.
